El lugar luce bien

Muy buen hotel con mucho espacio para estacionar y piscina indoor. Una pena que el staff de la noche no cuente con buenas destrezas de servicio al cliente ( en mi caso la srta. Theresa) quien el día que yo estaba haciendo check in, me dejo esperando casi 20 minutos mientras ella atendía una situación personal por teléfono. Esa misma noche, se encendieron las alarmas de incendio y ella tampoco lo supo manejar, no le dejaba saber a los huéspedes el procedimiento a seguir.. el lugar como tal, bien ubicado y completo.

Demasiado viejo

Room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. There are elevators located at both end of the hall and at the center which was nice. A few times the one elevator was out of service but with others available not a problem. Breakfast bar was decent and quality and selection of food was good. Breakfast was $16 total, but I don't mind paying for a quality breakfast which included real eggs. Also, the breakfast was not overrun by rude kids because it is not free. The pool was nice but could have been a little warmer. Room itself was decent, although on the smaller size. There was no microwave and the refrigerator is not inside a cabinet so I could hear it at night. Climate control worked, but does have a noisy wall unit. Not really an issue because of weather while I was there. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location is decent, there was a little traffic noise, but not awful. Two entrances/exits makes the hotel convenient. Overall, I would rate this hotel high for its cleanliness, location, amenities and staff. I felt it was a good value for the price I paid.
