Total lack of staff support. I called ahead for Airport pick up, gave them my travel information, and no one ever came to get me. I booked an Uber and had the driver come inside with me because the hotel is in a very creepy dark alley location. He said this is a dump, let me take you somewhere else.

The room was clean but the bedding seemed stake, pillows too high, no hand towels. Uber did not recognize the location. The streets were congested & messy.

The hotel without asking transferred em to another hotel and asked me to stay there. I told them no , you are putting me in the hotel where I booked. After one hour they sent em to the original hotel

3 unanswered emails, 2 telephone calls, and a WhatsApp and it was finally agreed that they would do what they advertise and provide an airport pick up. Flight details given which included time of arrival. When we arrived at 1.10am there was no-one to meet us and phone messages were saying that phone was switched off. Finally, after trying a few different numbers we managed to make contact with the hotel who said the driver was on his way. 2 hours later he turned up. Hotel is 15 minutes from the airport. After checking in the reception staff demanded payment for the room and refused to accept the hotels.com receipt as proof of payment. Photos on the internet actually bear no relation to the hotel. It is in a run down and rough area of the city and is very very small. On the plus side, the bedroom, whilst basic, was clean but the bathroom mirror was dirty and there was an old tissue on the floor under the sink. Altogether it was a very unpleasant experience. This hotel is one step up from a doss house. We left as soon as we possibly could.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the multi-lingual staff were very friendly, professional and accomodating. The room service was good as well. We were on the 1st floor and there was a lot of noise and doors slamming throughout the night, so I don't recommend it for light sleepers. Otherwise, good deal for the price. For travelers that pay through Orbitz, prepare to provide proof of payment in case it is asked for. Also, good to call the hotel ahead of time because the address that shows up in google and apple maps is very close but incorrect. We had to ask for directions quite a few times before we found it using the address listed in Orbitz.
