Hot tube not working

Several facilities were not working like ice machines. Elevator was dirty. No coins available for coin operated laundry .

Only the jacuzzi didn't work, and that's why I grabbed the hotel to go relax, but from there everything was fine

First the room I had reserved was not available, was given the only room they had left. Second it was located in the top floor in a corner and the elevator were not working. Once in the room tried to relax and watch some TV, yeah the TV wasn't working. Called the front desk but no luck getting it fixed until the next day. In the morning I went into the gym and it had no A/C. The room was already warm and to top it off it only had two 25lbs dumbbells and one 15lbs dumbbell. The entire rack was empty. NOT THE GREATEST OF STAYS.

Hot tub not working pool dirty for the second time I have stayed at this property.

Hallways and elevator were very dirty. Elevator did not work sometimes. Loud environment. Seemed poorly lit. Would not take family here.

Our stay wasn’t good. We asked for towels on the 2nd day of our stay and was told they don’t have any. So no towels to Shower with or for the pool. The power went out in the entire hotel in the evening so no lights , no air and it was hot. Not good.

The property lost electricity at 6am, there was no hot water, they didn't offer the breakfast, and after a long day we came back to a blacked out room where the front desk individual was rude when I asked him for a light source since I had a child staying with us and none of our phones were charged because we had been without power since we arrived at the hotel. When I asked he said no we have a limited amount, you can go stay somewhere else if you would like a d you can get your refund in a couple of weeks. I couldn't believe how rude he was over me asking for a flashlight so my 4 year old wouldnt be afraid in the dark, not only that, we had no hot water when showering the whole time. To say the least we also had to pay for breakfast both days which was supposed to be complimentary.

The property was clean and the breakfast was adequate. However, they did not provide enough bath towels in the room to match the occupancy. The air conditioner in the room was also quite noisy and kept waking us up. Also, the pool is not heated and the hot tub wasn't working. This was disappointing to our children.

Simple hotel well suited for business or quick stay. The hot tub, which was a selling point for booking, wasn’t working unfortunately and the breakfast buffet was lacking but overall decent.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. First room on 3rd floor we discovered had fecal matter on the carpet and bathroom door. The room was not vacuumed. Took an hour for them to set us up with another room on first floor. 2nd room - Deadbolt would not lock, no bathroom towels or soaps, the towel hanger swung off, the corners of the room were falling off. They offered to fix the room the next day. It’s 9pm and we had a 12 hour drive. The next day it still was not fixed. They offered to switch a room again, We were tired from packing unpacking, driving etc. we declined. The front desk people were kind but said they could not offer points because we were not members and no discounts because we booked through Expedia. So no compensation other than we’re sorry. I’ve always trusted springhill suites but this was a very bad experience and our visit was not restful because of it.

Clean room and great staff.

They did not clean our room & the breakfast was not tasty at all

The lobby and breakfast area were very nice and the room itself smelled and looked clean... however the elevator was terrible, dirty with graffiti on the wall, the halls looked like they have not been vacuumed or cleaned for a very, very long time. If the room had been less than it was we would have turned around and left when we could get our money back. Very bad first impression.

Cleanliness is my top priority in selecting a hotel since the pandemic; and I picked the SpringHill Suite because of the reviews saying it's clean and seems relatively new. The staff is courteous and welcoming. Check-in and out was a breeze. The breakfast buffet has a pretty good selection. The hotel lobby area is nice and clean; and things look quite new. But the black mat in the floor elevator seems a bit worn and not so clean; and the wood is scratched up by graffiti. I must admit I was expecting a little better given all the positive reviews. The room in general is spacious and comfortable, but there were some stains on the carpet around the bathroom area (between the sink and bathroom door). Everything else seems nice and clean; but the stains are a bit gross given the location, so I think some deeper spot cleaning of the carpet is needed. One last thing worth mentioning is that although the bed is comfortable, the sheets seem a bit thin and worn. It's surprising since the furniture generally looks pretty new. It's been a while since I've traveled; but I seem to recall better quality linens in places operated by Marriot. Overall, I think the hotel is pretty nice; but it falls a little below expectations.

I stayed there 5 nights and no one cleaned our room. Nothing. No new towels or nothing. Breakfast was mediocre, same food every day. Staff were nice and greeted us daily.

We were given a room that supposedly had been newly renovated but was not thouroughly cleaned or tested before renting. Plugs didn't work. Air conditioner struggled. Bathroom fan didn't work. Dirty shower floor.

My room appeared to be clean until I finally decided to pull the covers back. There was hair all over the sheets as well as brown crumbs of something all over the sheers as well. I had to back to the front desk and let the lady know what was going on to get a different room.

The staff was really wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hallway carpets and elevator floor were really grungy and dirty. It really looked as though the interior flooring in the common areas needed a deep clean.

The Room was clean and prepared. the public areas especially the elevator floors were all dirty rugs. It could use some updating

It was good in that it was clean and the room was spacious; however, the elevator was broken for a period of our stay, the WiFi didn’t work for the entirety of our stay and when I asked I was told it was just ‘broken’.

The room and overall property was very clean. Though certain areas of the hotel are being renovated, the property was still very appealing and neat. The parking area was well lit and the bed was incredibly soft and big!

The staff were all so happy! The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the noisy hvac unit. We turned it off in order to sleep, and opened the window. There was noisy activity outside all night, but the hotel staff was amazing!

Nice but the room was small.

Property was well kept. Only issue was the air conditioning. It went out at night, and the room got hot. Luckily the window opened.

Aside from the elevator being outdated, our room , bed, furniture and bathroom were modern designed . Everything looked new and conveniently placed. It did not feel small we booked 1 king size bed

The property was great, we were aware of the construction/remodel happening, and the staff we encountered were always pleasant. BUT, on our first night, we were awoken around 3:30-4am to what sounded like endless vacuuming, to find out later that morning that it was a large fan directly outside our room, next to where the sofabed was, where one of us was sleeping. Apparently there was a burst pipe so they had to try and dry it up. They then asked us to move rooms so they could continue to monitor, however, after moving us, we didn't see anymore fans near that room, so that made us wonder a bit. Additionally, before they asked us to move, some of the construction workers were having a bit of fun outside our room, and we were in the room working and talking conference calls so that caused us a little heartburn. On Saturday night, our last night there, we kept hearing loud music and thumping. We thought it was coming from next door, only to find it was directly below us, and that room was having a party. We called down to the front desk 3 times because we were trying to go to sleep (this was around midnight). It was just not the best experience and we're usually pretty chill and tend not to complain much. It just felt like this could have been a better experience. The front desk said there was nothing they could do for us since we didn't book through them directly. Again, it just felt like 2 out of 4 nights were not great for us.

My TV did not work, and they were not able to fix it. They told me a discount would be offered when I checked out, so I decided to stay because my daughter's softball team was staying there. When I checked out, no discount was offered. I would suggest staying anywhere but here. If I knew they wouldn’t have offered me a discount, I would have gone elsewhere. I paid 180 for the night, which is unacceptable.

Customer service at this place get five stars.

We had the reservation for the night of Apr 25th. When we arrived at the hotel at about 11:00pm, while at the hotel registration, we were told there was no room available. We didn't get any notification from neither the hotel nor from Expedia. We were frustrated and calling around crazily at late night for locating any nearby hotel rooms availability. After several callings, we were able to find a room at the nearby hotel. I felt that this is unprofessional and irresponsible.

We had a nice stay. George at the front desk, was very helpful and welcoming and friendly. He made sure we have bottles of water and enough towels at our room. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I had to book a hotel room in the area unexpectedly. The price was reasonable, and Springhill Suites is reputable. I was very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff and the size and cleanliness of the room. The lobby area was also lovely. Although I did not take advantage of the breakfast, it was much better than most hotels that include breakfast. I was happy with their offerings. I would absolutely stay there again.

The staff at this hotel is terrific. Rest, willing and able to help, whatever the request. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Very clean facilities and great customer service

The staff made my stay amazing!

Kenya really made my trip really good until she left and I was dealing with another receptionist named Esmerelda and her service was very poor to the point I had to check out a day early and she wouldn’t provide me with a copy of my receipt that I asked for. Room was dirty when I first checked in and my tv kept turning off. I would advise anyone checking into this hotel to make sure not to check in or out with Esmerelda.

Staff was always available to help. Esmeralda was helpful in extending my stay and allowing me to keep the same room.

We had a great weekend stay at Springhill. The room was very clean, the staff was very courteous and the location was very convinient, surrounded by many stores and places to eat. We were in Landcaster for a softball tournament so having places nearby was a plus and the hotel was only 5 minutes from the event.

Staff friendly and helpful. Not located around restaurants or other conveniences.

I was very satisfied w/my accommodations after a long arduous journey. I did find the box cars, and shipping pallet, in the parking area, a little distracting, but enjoyed my stay, nevertheless.

The place was near th freeway and very convenient when arriving. There were plenty of establishments to get food, and traveling basics.

Easy access to the highway. Plenty of parking.

No many amenities around property

Only one concern, I was pulling a trailer which I had to park in the back and the property behind yours looks untended so I was concerned with security but no issues arose. Perhaps fencing around the back would be a plus, not sure that I would want to take the chance again.

Property is clean and conveniently located. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Morning breakfast was horrible. Limited items and out-to-date milk for children. Our Club team stays in every SpringHill hotel. This one was not to par for morning breakfast.

Liked this place. Wry much except the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were cold!!! No sterno or candle under the dishes. To keep them warm.

your rooms are always clean, and no linguring smells. some hotels when you open the door it hits you, but here it was very nice. the staff I met was night clear was very helpful. I have a disable daughter and he changed rooms for us. I was very thankful. the breakfast was bad. the only thing my grandson noticed was no waffles, sausage,or bacon. the little biscutes were hard as rock.

Upon check-in (2 night stay) was good and quick…gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable about his job(at check in explained breakfast time 7am-10am) but. Next day going down to so called Continental breakfast..very very disappointed (No eggs, No fruit, No muffins Prior to reservations was explained to me and I called hotel directly to ask what was included in breakfast…(eggs, fruit, sausages coffee, muffins, ) pool and hot tub on premises.(of course Out of Order!) nothing was available (as staff told me we haven’t had eggs and fruit, muffins for a while) Breakfast Photos online is definitely not what is served, very disappointing!!! Sign says breakfast (7-10am) At 920a staff was putting away food and while I was sitting there other people were coming around 930 to eat and no food was available. I asked to speak with manager I waited for over 20 minutes and no manager came over. As for room was good but in bathroom tub I almost fell bc the tub was slippery when wet. Not sure what went wrong with closet. I won’t be staying at Marriott again!!

It was convinces for my staying, Breakfast is not to good.

Even though the hotel is going through some remodeling, the property was very clean with very little interruption from what I would expect from a stay. By far my favorite part of the stay was the staff. They were all so happy, very polite, and would always give you a happy hello and offering to help however they could. The free breakfast was also really good, and the only thing I wish it had that it did not was brown sugar for their oatmeal, but maybe I shouldn't use so much sugar anyways. :) I would definitely stay here again if I am in the Lancaster/Palmdale area.

Let’s see….. for a Marriott I expected better. The hotel was clean, which is important. The bed was hard. My son slept on the double size day bed/couch. He said it was uncomfortable. And, they had a small tv. But, the kicker for me, was the lack of a decent breakfast. Though, to be fair, the fact the person responsible for putting out the food didn’t show up, isn’t really the hotels fault. But, they did have someone hurriedly getting the food together, I would have thought, they would cross train others, just for such an eventuality. What they did have was mediocre. The eggs were cold, the hash browns were not cooked just warmed in a microwave, the breakfast sandwich was cold and hard. Most surprising was no bacon or sausage,not even a waffle maker or pancake machine, which I would have expected, given it’s supposed to be a high end hotel. Let’s just say their competition has a better breakfast. I will give them another chance, as it wasn’t their fault their employee didn’t show up. But, seeing as they are a hospitality company, I would have expected them to cross train their employees in other areas of the hotel, for any eventuality, that occurs.

Breakfast was very limited and not healthy. Need more variety. More fruit. The air didn't work well in my room. It was really hot. Front desk staff was really nice. The elevator broke down but they fixed it pretty quickly.
