Las condiciones generales son aceptables, pero encontré los corredores algo sucios. Me tocó una habitación que estaba en el primer piso, pero debía tomar un primer ascensor hasta el piso 2, y luego otro ascensor, que estaba bastante alejado del primero, para bajar al piso 1. Y luego el procedimiento inverso para bajar al lobby. Bastante incomodo

Good hotel for a place to sleep and park. We could walk into the centre easily and the underground parking felt secure. Note that it's small so the reception is not 24/7 and there's no breakfast. Also only park where there are hotel signs as it's a shared car park with loval residents.

Great place with parking, litte of the way of town center but with good transportation, Keys went kaput at second day and would not let me in the garage, called the number since staff leaves at 3pm i beleive, was hable to give me code to go into bldg and get master key to get to room and open garage, people getting there aftter staff have to follow instructions real carefully. Otherwise good for the money i had a car so great plus with the free parking.

nous avons passé un excellent séjours de 2 nuits pour Noël en famille ( 8 personnes). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et le service. Les chambres sont très propres , la literie confortable et le petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

We paid a ridiculously high price for this hotel room and it was probably one of the worst we have stayed in. - The hotel room was dirty when we arrived with leftover food on the nightstand, bugs in the bathroom and garbage next to the bed. - The room smelt like mould and urine after the exaggerated use of detergent had settled. Yes, it actually smelled like old urine next to the nightstand. - Both nights we were woken up by noise from a dog, the housekeeping and people in the hallway early in the morning. - All products in the breakfast buffet that are supposed to be stored cold, were stored at room temperature. - There was so much noise from the employee at the breakfast that we could barely hear ourselves think. - Although we asked for a quiet room, we got a noisy room right next to the road. Consequently, we could not sleep with the window open and the air quality was really bad. - The bathroom was rusty, smelled really bad and the shower leaked water after just a short shower. - The mini fridge suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night, so the food we had stored there actually got broken. Avoid for all costs.

We loved the room because it was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The only disappointing aspect was the staff and service. We were ignored upon arrival while the staff member continued a conversation with someone behind the desk. Eventually he told us to wait a moment (no greeting) while he organized his papers. When we returned in the evening, he only greeted us when we first greeted him. The same happened in the morning with a different person when checking out. The staff members did not make us feel welcome, but everything else was good.

O quarto embora pequeno e fechado e com uma decoração bastante modesta, estava limpo e funcional. A casa de bamho também era pequena embora limpa e prática. Tendo em atenção os preços na localidade o hotel não funciona mal, mas tendo em atenção outras cidades o hotel é bastante caro para o que oferece. O pequeno-almoço não tinha grande variedade mas é suficiente se não pensarmos no valor que se paga. A distância ao centro ainda é considerável.

It's not well located, there is nothing of note nearby, no bars, no shops.The bathrooms are unventilated and the rooms hot. So despite the friendly staff who were lovely, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Good location though took a little while to find the hotel as it’s not brilliantly signposted. But the staff and the rooms are nice. Quiet, and the bed is comfortable. Walkable along the river to the old town.

I would say the front desk workers were rather inflexible when it came for asking for 45 extra minutes to check out and also cancel a second nights stay. Neither were approved. Rooms are tiny. Shower is small and bathroom is small. Overall I would not stay here again but that is because of the customer service

El Hotel es muy básico, las áreas comunes pequeñas, las pocas que tiene, en cuanto a ubicación, está alejado de todo. El precio es muy caro con relación a lo que te brinda. La habitación es muy pequeña, apenas un pasillo de 50cm alrededor de la cama. Baño muy chico!!

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht wirklich. Zimmer hat kaum Steckdosen. Fenster sind nicht schallisoliert. Und das größte Problem, wir schliefen an einem „Fluss“! Das Abwasserrohr des gesamten Hochhauses ging durch unser Zimmer. Schlafen war schwierig bis unmöglich.

El Hotel Colectia fue perfecto durante mi estadia. La persona de la recepcion (Sara) es muy agradable, eficiente, y super competente. La papelera del bano pudiese ser un poquito mas grande.

Nos ha gustado mucho, sobre todo la amabilidad de una de las chicas, no sé su nombre pero es pelirroja con pelo largo, gracias a ella nos quedamos 1 día más, y con buen sabor de boca

Good hotel for a place to sleep and park. We could walk into the centre easily and the underground parking felt secure. Note that it's small so the reception is not 24/7 and there's no breakfast. Also only park where there are hotel signs as it's a shared car park with loval residents.

El Hotel es muy básico, las áreas comunes pequeñas, las pocas que tiene, en cuanto a ubicación, está alejado de todo. El precio es muy caro con relación a lo que te brinda. La habitación es muy pequeña, apenas un pasillo de 50cm alrededor de la cama. Baño muy chico!!

Great place with parking, litte of the way of town center but with good transportation, Keys went kaput at second day and would not let me in the garage, called the number since staff leaves at 3pm i beleive, was hable to give me code to go into bldg and get master key to get to room and open garage, people getting there aftter staff have to follow instructions real carefully. Otherwise good for the money i had a car so great plus with the free parking.

nous avons passé un excellent séjours de 2 nuits pour Noël en famille ( 8 personnes). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et le service. Les chambres sont très propres , la literie confortable et le petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

We paid a ridiculously high price for this hotel room and it was probably one of the worst we have stayed in. - The hotel room was dirty when we arrived with leftover food on the nightstand, bugs in the bathroom and garbage next to the bed. - The room smelt like mould and urine after the exaggerated use of detergent had settled. Yes, it actually smelled like old urine next to the nightstand. - Both nights we were woken up by noise from a dog, the housekeeping and people in the hallway early in the morning. - All products in the breakfast buffet that are supposed to be stored cold, were stored at room temperature. - There was so much noise from the employee at the breakfast that we could barely hear ourselves think. - Although we asked for a quiet room, we got a noisy room right next to the road. Consequently, we could not sleep with the window open and the air quality was really bad. - The bathroom was rusty, smelled really bad and the shower leaked water after just a short shower. - The mini fridge suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night, so the food we had stored there actually got broken. Avoid for all costs.

Voor een bezoek aan het stadion of de stad prima hotel met een zeer lekker ontbijtbuffet. 15 min. lopen vanaf het busstation en 30 min. wandelen naar het zeer mooie centrum en mooie baaien!

Appreciated the breakfast that is complementary. Staff is very friendly and room was nicely decorated. Would stay again for sure.

O quarto embora pequeno e fechado e com uma decoração bastante modesta, estava limpo e funcional. A casa de bamho também era pequena embora limpa e prática. Tendo em atenção os preços na localidade o hotel não funciona mal, mas tendo em atenção outras cidades o hotel é bastante caro para o que oferece. O pequeno-almoço não tinha grande variedade mas é suficiente se não pensarmos no valor que se paga. A distância ao centro ainda é considerável.

Nice and clean. Twin room, comfy bed and pillows. Beds were together though and we had a couple of dogs next door. We like dogs but you could hear them barking in the morning. Would recommend this hotel.

Room is clean, small but adequate, with kettle and fridge. There's a glass bottle of water which I believe is a refill from the tap. Clothes hangers are made of paper, most are broken and unusable. I asked for a quiet room but they gave me a room facing the main road which is noisy during day time and early morning. The hotel is 12 mins walk from the bus terminus and 25 mins walk from the old town so if you're not good at walking a long way back and forth better choose another hotels closer to the old town coz there is not much to see around the hotel and not much options for food. Hotel is manned until 5pm only if you check in late better familiarize yourself on how to check in using the hotel's self check in guide before you come or you have no way to get into your room.
