Our stay was excellent. The room was very clean, everything looked new and was in perfect condition. Everyone who assisted us at the front desk was respectful, friendly, and helpful. Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience.

Excellent location and amenities especially for children. Magic Quest, bowling , the 2 ropes courses, pools and the water park were all great fun and readily available. Very clean and well maintained. Food in all the restaurants was not good but other than that a wonderful stay.

The hotel room was very basic. The refrigerator had food left in it from the previous guest which felt gross and unclean. When we ordered food and went to get drinks all of the drinks were empty. Not impressed.
