The stay was good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel but the upkeep is great. The only issue I had was the ice maker. It is in a good location. Not far from Lander University and is uptown In Greenwood.

For what you pay for the rooms for the Lil to know service that you get you get no breakfast no complementary continental no complementary nothing at the restaurant. It is way way overly priced and it is a horrible breakfast anyway so not only did I pay way overpay for the room that should’ve been a king or two doubles or two queens. It was a one queen bed. There was nothing right about the reservation at all and the state was just you’d be better off at the Holiday Inn or the quality Inn or the comfort suites I promise no amenities at all.

What a run down, filthy place. The shower had mold. The towels were yellow. The pillow cases has make up on them. The chair had brown stains in the seat (I don't want to know from what). The door was crooked so bad that light from the hallway was coming in. The AC intake (which is directly above the entrance) had dust and filth covering it. The staff were just kids who seemed unable to do anything accept offer a second room which was not any better. We ended up leaving after just check in to stay at another hotel. The kid at the front desk told us we would still be charged for the room and would have to call the manager in the morning and ask for a refund. Horrible place.
