Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Oxford by IHG

We were amazed at the kind, helpful staff during our five day stay. We were always greeted coming and going in a way that felt genuine. The room was clean with good pillows. I would have liked a place to hang clothes, maybe a rod somewhere? We especially loved the fresh ground coffee machines in the lobby!

Great time trip with my daughter to the Ole Miss cheer clinic. Hotel was clean and convenient.

I was on the first floor. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in at least a week there was stuff all over. And when I got in the shower, my feet were dark from the dirt. There were tiles missing around the bathtub area. But the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was something you get at a gas station. Overall, I would say it was just OK.

We were given a reservation for a lovely hotel when we really needed it. However there was no power. No heat. No lights. The staff was very kind and led us in by flashlight. While we were glad to have a place to stay, I'm not sure how ethical it was to give a reservation and charge the normal rate for the hotel with no heat, lights, etc
