Not as expected. All the previous reviews were all good to excellent about this hotel. The elevator was broken I had a room on the 3rd floor so the entire 2 day stay I had to climb the 3 flights of stairs! The fireworks and dogs were so loud outside of the rooms! Yes there is a dog adoption was right behind the hotel. There was no towels in the non heated pool. There was no security whatsoever!!! Kids were running back and forth across the hallways and going up and down the stairs as well! Breakfast was ok. Wish there was more variety for the price!

I brought my son for a hockey tournament at LA area. This hotel is very close to the rink. It has plenty of parking space, and it also has hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage, a pool that I saw kids were playing in. Great for the price.

except for the extremely tight parking. not truck friendly. everything and everyone was good. Clean, friendly. no complaints. we will be using this facility again. it is convenient to family. our room was above the lobby next to the street and it was quite. though the over the street window does need to be cleaned.

Was musty smelling like an animal peed in the corner of the first room Bathroom wall and baseboard was dirty right when you walk in I had to use Lysol wipes to clean it and also some hair by the tub While showering I also had to scrub the walls a bit. Neighborhood a bit seedy with people swearing to themselves.

The room was fine overall, but there were some cleanliness issues. There was a weird stain on the bed skirt up near the head of the bed, sticky left on the desk, weitd stains on the curtains and bedside lamp shades, ants in the bathroom and a weird mold or something on the top of the inside of the mini fridge. Also the safe didn't work and the shower head only partially worked. There was a part of the showerhead that could be hand held, but did not turn on. When we asked the front desk about the stain on the bed, she advised she would have the cleaners look at it the next day, and gave me an extra sheet to cover it. She did not have another room to move us, and it was late. She offered to move us to a new room the next day, but we were only staying 2 nights, and that would have just been a hassle. Besides that, the bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was fine. The area felt safe and outside was well lit.

The Inn is a bit older and needs some TLC. Over all stay was decent. We had a room facing the main road so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was also average. For the price of the room it was decent.

The room was big, the couch had a lot of stains on it. The bathroom was clean but the bath plug wasn't working well which was annoying to me. The bed was making a lot of noise every we just turned into the bed. Breakfast was scrambled eggs that were pretty dry, with sausage, toast, A few pre packed pastries. The fresh waffles were nice. Of course free parking was a plus, the area seemed safe et we were about 40 Minutes from Hollywood.

Overall good stay and convenient to Knotts. Loved the suite room with the queen bed and then a king and a few chairs in a separate room. Quiet and safe. The pillows are trash, and the coffee was never quite hot enough.

Our stay was for 3 nights visiting our son in southern CA. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, had a fridge but no microwave which was a bummer because we had brought our leftovers from take out. The bathtub had some hair in it and the towel holder bar wanted to come off every time you pulled the towel off, no biggie. Our biggest complaint would be that you could hear every little noise/footsteps from the room upstairs!! The base floor creaked like crazy! The hotel is a little older but still in decent shape. The price was right so if we ever stay there again (not likely), we will request a second floor room if possible!!

Front desk was extremely kind and helpful. I was accidentally booked a smoking room and front desk did everything they can to accommodate me a non smoking room. That extra step going above and beyond got me feeling great, knowing the staff wasn’t just ‘sorry, there’s nothing I can do’ like other places. I recommend this location Jist based on front desk help. Thank you

Someone who previously stay set the alarm for 6am. It was a stupid old school, cheap alarm. It was easy to turn it off, so I just set it a few hours forward. Told staff to get one that is easier to turn off or get rid of it. Front desk lady just made excuses after excuses!

Loud- lots of folks staying there who were up late and then up early, so tons of noise all around. Add in the major road it’s on, and it’s a recipe for not getting any sleep. It also didn’t help that the manager ignored me for 10 minutes to talk to one of her friends on the phone instead of checking me in.

Location is great, we drove to disneyland, costco gas, and walmart. Only thing is there seem to be some dog facility nearby. You hear a lot of dogs barking most of the time. We had to close our window to not hear it as much

Quality Inn was a nice and simple stay for us. This location in Westminster gave us easy access to Huntington Beach and Seal Beach which were the destinations for our visit. However, we chose Westminster because we also knew that it would be close to a lot of excellent Vietnamese and asian cuisine. It was exactly what we needed.

There was a significant amount of street noise. I expected a little bit, but it was steady into the night. What I WASN’T expecting was to be awakened at sunrise by barking dogs. The property butts up against a dog shelter! I also found a pair of someone’s dirty socks at the foot of the bed.

Our stay was fine. No real concerns regarding the hotel itself. Staff were reasonably helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but okay for being included. However, I would not suggest this area for tourists. There is a decent shopping center near by. Whilst the hotel feels reasonably safe, the area becomes a bit unpleasant at night and I would not feel safe being out and about.

Breakfast is excellent with hot iron waffle, good scramble eggs, very good sausage, Yoplait yogurt, juice, orange. I did not try other items. The sink on the third floor room 302 has a very strong sewer smell from the drain. This is I rated facility 3 star, everything else is great.

Always a great stay at Quality Inn. Breakfast was amazing. Waffles-eggs-sausage on the menu.. along with grab and go options. There was something for everyone! Room was clean and bed was super comfy!! Will definitely come back again!

I brought my son for a hockey tournament at LA area. This hotel is very close to the rink. It has plenty of parking space, and it also has hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage, a pool that I saw kids were playing in. Great for the price.

We got the ground floor room. It had mosquitos. We couldn’t sleep well. There was a lot of sound from the upstairs (as if someone is running or walking through out the night) since our room was a corner room. The bathrooms are renovated and clean though. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was convenient too.

Never have been to a hotel that didn’t have a vending machine in order to get water after a festival. The bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE! Hot tub and phone both didn’t work. And the shower is small but doable. If you are using it to shower and sleep then it works great.
