Parking is not available on-site, but there is a loading bay right outside the house. Caffa Mill carpark is a 10-minute walk away. There are three long-stay car parks in Fowey, all run by Cornwall Council, where hourly, daily, weekly, and rover passes can be purchased. A free car park is located opposite Squire’s Field on Park Road, but it can fill up quickly during the summer. During winter, a 2-hour short-stay car park is available on the town quay, and there is a short-stay car park at Albert Quay all year round.

Pets are allowed, specifically dogs less than 22 lbs, with a limit of one pet total. Service animals are exempt from this restriction.
