Nieuw gerenoveerd hotel. Geopend in februari 2026. Alles ziet er dus nog perfect uit. Zeer behulpzaam en attent personeel. Kwaliteit van het ontbijt en het diner restaurant op de 4e verdieping is zeer goed. Valid parking maar hun garage ligt wat verder weg. Doordat het halen van de auto gecommuniceerd kon worden via whatsapp was dit heel goed te doen en stond de auto gereed wanneer wij dit wilden.

We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. We couldn't recommend it enough. 5* Thanks for looking after us (Mark and Lottie Dougill & Chris and Sarah Platt). See you next time. Ciao

A new hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful planning our day trips. Food was was delicious! Rooftop bar is recommended! Had the king superior room although its their smallest room it was large enough for my wife and I. Location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Would stay again.

Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness.
