Hotel Hercegovina

No good...................

We arrived in the night only to be refused check-in as they had overbooked and no rooms available. We have since then tried to get a refund as we have already paid for the night but the hotel is not answering.

I never leave reviews, so you know this is bad when I have a whole paragraph. DO NOT STAY HERE OR HOTEL CRYSTAL. When I arrived there was an issue with my room, so they sent me over to the hotel next door “hotel Chrystal” this place was AWFUL. The air conditioning didn’t work. My room wasn’t ready at check-in, but I was able to go out my bags in the room. Once I got to the floor of my room I found the cleaning staff and her friends goofing off instead of cleaning that floors rooms. I returned to my room at 1:30 am only to find that my room that took so long to “clean” was left with previous guests empty shower bottles, not a single towel was left in the room for me, and I found plastic from a bag in my bed (which was made with the flat sheet upside down?!) I’m 99% my sheets were NOT changed since they smelled of someone else and there was trash in between! 0/10 do NOT stay at either hotel.

Great place to stay close to airport and excellent restaurants and great spa .

A verybnice hotel and the the area , old but geru classy architecture
