Vue à couper le souffle. Les appartements sont bien équipées. Les restaurants nickel. Cependant, attention le spa n'accepte pas les enfants. Aucune plage horaire réserver aux familles et le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours indiqué sur le site oou sur hôtel.com

POSITIVE: Excellent stay as a family with young kids - we were upgraded to a spacious (two-bedroom) apartment at check-in, such a lovely surprise! From our balcony, we could spot the Matterhorn - amazing view! Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, fridge and dishwasher but not the basic condiments. Staff were friendly, and the onsite restaurants/shops added great convenience (slightly pricier but worth it). Breakfast was simple but high quality - hot eggs/ bacons/ sausages and hot drinks were served on individual request in addition to the continental selection. The outdoor space in front of the restaurant was perfect for kids to run around safely while parents enjoyed a peaceful coffee/tea. We liked the Thursday raclette buffet at the bar (Le Sapin Bleu) - the team kindly offered a reduced CHF8 portion for the kids (small but appreciated compared to the full price at CHF28). We also enjoyed the evening menu at the bistro (Le M'As). The dessert selection was great but not replenished, so it's best to dine early. TO BE CONSIDERED: While the property is brand new, some parts are still being finished, but it didn't bother our stay. Bed mattresses and pillows are on the softer side, though we still slept well during our ski trip. We didn't use the thermal bath with kids because it is only for adults aged 16 and above (CHF55 per entry). WILL COME BACK AGAIN!

Super schönes und neues Hotel. Grosszügige Zimmer mit Küche, Esstisch und und das Matterhorn. Das Spa war exzellent ausgerüstet mit Panoramablick vom Pool und Liegen.
