I didn't like they put us on other side of building, and we had to go out side to go back to our room after get in to the pool, and there was no elevator to get to our room, and we had a lot of stuff.

Apparently they are in the process of changing to long term stay rentals. We had to drive around the building to a Choice hotel lobby to check-in. The pool (heater was broken) and breakfast was in this hotel as well. So the only thing at our booked hotel was the bedroom. It's just the fact that we had to go outside. They did have vending and ice in our portion though. The room was clean and the AC was working. Nice sized refrigerator/sm freezer. Bonus points for having enough outlets!

Be aware this hotel is not staffed. You have to go around about a hundred yards to check in at the comfort inn and then you’ll wish you stayed there. The be only had 2thin sheets with no bed spread or extra blankets. The pool shown in the add is at the comfort inn which is not accessible without going outside. Bed was hard as a rock. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Very confusing-- I made an Expedia reservation for a hotel with one name, but the ownership had changed so the facility is apparently in transition. only one elevator to the second floor-- a long walk from the section I'm in. Glad I didn't bring an elderly relative on this trip.

Property was very quiet even though they were fully booked with music festival in the area. Didnt like that we had to walk around outside of building for breakfast or go to pool.

We stayed 1 night you check in and have breakfast and pool rights at the comfort inn which attached but not accessible via inside so it was kinda different. Hotel is older but clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good typical hotel style waffles, eggs, Biscuits and crock pot gravy, toast, cereal yogurt and other items was worth the money. Husband found the bed too firm but was ok for me.

The Eagle Ridge Inn is adjacent to a Comfort Inn and seems to have been incorporated into the latter hotel, which is where one checks in and where breakfast is served. One also has access to the pool and gym at the Comfort Inn when staying at the Eagle Ridge Inn.

Two hotels together, one is closed and its entrance is blocked off so you had to go around. There was a sign on the closed door but you are too busy being bewildered and looking at the demolished corridor to notice off the bat, then no elevator working on that side. Hope they have improved it and the remodeling is complete.

We walked into our hotel to find the check in desk was at a different hotel a block away. Upon check in we were not notified of construction or that the pool did not work! Or that the pool and continental breakfast was not in our hotel. We had to walk outside a block in -10 degrees to get to the pool to be told it did not work. Same agin in the morning for breakfast! Our room consisted of 2 beds a dresser and 1 night stand! No closet or place to hang anything, no desk, no chair, no headboards, no pictures. Water spots on shower ceiling, stick in window for security, coffee cups and fixings w/no coffee pot! Everything had visible Sheetrock debris/dust. The wall heater knocked all night trying to heat room, and the refrigerator was dirty and clunked on and off as well. The television didn’t work but after an attendant came down they said we needed a box but since we didn’t have one we would have to look up and manually type the channel in to see if that one was available!! All in all the worst stay I have ever had. I have attached pictures

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at in the last 10 years, from the perspective of friendly staff, clean accomodations and rooms that exceeded our expectations. We were traveling with a big family and they accommodated us unexpectedly with a very nice room. We ran into staff in the hallways in passing and they were so friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part. Found quite a few long, black hair strands on the beds, in the bathroom and 1 in the fridge. That was kinda gross. There was also something black on the bed skirt, looked like grease. Other than that, the room was cozy. At the bottom of the staircase of the side entrance, there was a pile of dog poo that looks like it's been there for several days. Find it hard to believe the staff never noticed, or they just didn't want to touch it.

Had to leave lobby and drive to a separate entrance. There was two hotels using the same lobby. They were remodeling and it wasn't cleaned up. Beds were hard as rocks it was way too expensive for the condition. And having to drive around the back of the hotel.

This hotel is good - a little dated but comfortable rooms and quiet area. The only negative is that there is no elevator. We checked in late (midnight) and needed to check in at the Comfort Inn next door. Comfortable beds - nice place to stay overnight while traveling.

The check 8n process was a bit unusual. There was a sign on the check in desk that said we needed to go to the hotel next door. We were given our keys and had to return to the original hotel to go to our room. Room was comfortable, however there was a lot of noise from the room above ours very late into the night and early into the morning hours.

The Hotel was part of another hotel and staff was hard to find for check in and check out. Room was large but had old furniture. Worn out recliner that looked to be from the 80s. Bathroom ceiling was in bad shape as was the floor.

Was not informed that you have to use everything they comfort inn. Even to check in. Also the breakfast and pool is in the comfort in and no way to connect the hotels you have to walk around the outside to get to the next facility … the room door didn’t lock. Bed wasn’t very comfy. They have a fridge and microwave. Table in there The water pressure in the sink was horrible barely able to wash your hands or brush your teeth. Would have stayed somewhere else if I knew all of this prior to.

Booked this hotel a couple of months in advance. When we tried to check in, we learned that it was closed for renovation - we had received no notification in advance! Fortunately, they had moved our reservation to a nearby Comfort Inn which was nothing elegant but quite reasonable. Lovely view of the River and a good location for the Twilight Riverboat the next morning.

We stayed in the old super 8 side. We had to go over to the comfort inn sid for breakfast or any interaction with staff. No staff at the desk on our side. Entry door should have been locked. Overall very inconvenient.

The Eagle Ridge Inn is adjacent to a Comfort Inn and seems to have been incorporated into the latter hotel, which is where one checks in and where breakfast is served. One also has access to the pool and gym at the Comfort Inn when staying at the Eagle Ridge Inn.

We walked into our hotel to find the check in desk was at a different hotel a block away. Upon check in we were not notified of construction or that the pool did not work! Or that the pool and continental breakfast was not in our hotel. We had to walk outside a block in -10 degrees to get to the pool to be told it did not work. Same agin in the morning for breakfast! Our room consisted of 2 beds a dresser and 1 night stand! No closet or place to hang anything, no desk, no chair, no headboards, no pictures. Water spots on shower ceiling, stick in window for security, coffee cups and fixings w/no coffee pot! Everything had visible Sheetrock debris/dust. The wall heater knocked all night trying to heat room, and the refrigerator was dirty and clunked on and off as well. The television didn’t work but after an attendant came down they said we needed a box but since we didn’t have one we would have to look up and manually type the channel in to see if that one was available!! All in all the worst stay I have ever had. I have attached pictures

Booked this hotel a couple of months in advance. When we tried to check in, we learned that it was closed for renovation - we had received no notification in advance! Fortunately, they had moved our reservation to a nearby Comfort Inn which was nothing elegant but quite reasonable. Lovely view of the River and a good location for the Twilight Riverboat the next morning.

Apparently they are in the process of changing to long term stay rentals. We had to drive around the building to a Choice hotel lobby to check-in. The pool (heater was broken) and breakfast was in this hotel as well. So the only thing at our booked hotel was the bedroom. It's just the fact that we had to go outside. They did have vending and ice in our portion though. The room was clean and the AC was working. Nice sized refrigerator/sm freezer. Bonus points for having enough outlets!

We stayed 1 night you check in and have breakfast and pool rights at the comfort inn which attached but not accessible via inside so it was kinda different. Hotel is older but clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good typical hotel style waffles, eggs, Biscuits and crock pot gravy, toast, cereal yogurt and other items was worth the money. Husband found the bed too firm but was ok for me.

One of the best. Bed/pillow were great. Bathroom/shower were terrific. Property was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was the 50-60 yard walk around for check in, breakfast, and ice machine to the adjoining Comfort Inn lobby. And the price was reasonable!

We stayed for 3 nights during LeClaires Tug Fest. A shuttle picked us up and dropped us off right at the hotels front door. Location is perfect for to visit LeClaire, or the QuadCities. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy. The beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was mediocre, the same every day. But it did the trick and started our day with a full stomach. I liked that the breakfast was served until 10am. An hour longer than other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back, as it was a great price point and perfect location for our travels.

Hotel was recently renovated, so everything is brand new. This is attached to the Comfort Inn and is an extended stay Hotel. It was fine, but the main office is in Comfort Inn and is a bit of a walk if you need anything. I will probably choose the Comfort Inn the next time out of convenience.
