The location and spaciousness were great. What needs improvement is customer service. On check in we noticed that neither huge tv had service. When we asked, the staff said it was being worked on and there was a “ connectivity” issue. Internet was fine, tv was the issue. The service never came back. I think we should be compensated for the inconvenience of not having this amenity, nothing big, but how about comping the $60 parking fee? No response from anyone.

It was amazing. Somewhat hard to see the signage coming in, but the room itself was beautiful. Staff was incredibly helpful & the town was as charming as ever.

Staff was very very good and super quick to respond.. I really liked the location for my visit bc everything was easily walkable. Room was comfortable but a little interesting walking all the way across for bathroom. A few small glitches with electrical probably just bc it’s done recently renovated.

Beautiful apartment, perfect size, and just a really easy place to stay. Well designed & comfortable. The staff made the biggest difference though. Super responsive, genuinely warm, and they held my bags before check-in and after check-out, making my stay so much easier. Would stay again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend.
