Southern Suites Pensacola Davis Hwy

Southern Suites of Davis in Pensacola, FL was a great place to stay. They worked with me and gave me a refund when I needed it the most. Thank you to the staff and workers of the hotel. I recommend anyone to stay there. I have no complaints.

Issues with a few roaches, no toilet paper refill must bring your own and the lack of kitchenette items to cook with. Dollar Tree close by to pick these things up.

Decent place for the money

I stayed here for two weeks and would rate it 6.5/10 overall. The rooms were quite nice and spacious by European standards, and they were generally clean, although there were a few minor issues. There were some bugs during my stay, but nothing serious enough to cause me major concern. The price was reasonable, and I felt it offered decent value for money. The Wi-Fi was also good and reliable throughout my stay. The location is okay. There is a petrol station nearby and a good restaurant within walking distance. However, I would not recommend staying here if you do not have access to a rental car or money for Uber rides, as the nearest Walmart and most other useful amenities are around a 30-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I appreciated. I would not particularly recommend this motel for families. Some of the guests seemed a bit sketchy, and when I arrived there was a woman renting a room who appeared to be a prostitute. I saw her outside her room during the first five days of my stay, after which she left. Overall, this is a budget-friendly place with decent rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and friendly staff, but the location and atmosphere may not be suitable for everyone. Despite the drawbacks, I would stay here again because it was affordable, comfortable, and met my needs during my trip. I would give it a 6.5/10.
