Bed & Breakfast Il Castellino

Elke keer als iemand in het gebouw water gebruikte sloeg er een motor aan die een abnormale hoeveelheid lawaai produceerde en die stopte nadat het water gebruik stopte. Dit gebeurde 7*24. de geiser stond uit dus geen heet water. geen koffiezet app. Kamer ruim en ok, schoon, ontbijt is 50m verderop

Stayed at B. & B Il Castellino in March 2025, after seeing a positive review. Sadly, our stay was not good at all, and we were happy to leave. The biggest problem was very poor communication from management about the true status of services. We arrived by train, and there was no taxi or bus service. We called the restaurant (Creperia and More, owned by the same owners) to advise us, and they said it is “a 10 minute walk.” We carried our luggage for 1/2 mile and up 21 flights of stairs from the station to the restaurant! We asked to have dinner at the restaurant and they said “no we are closing” (7:30 PM). They gave us the key and escorted us to the apartment (1 block away).The lock on the inside apartment door didn’t work, and we had to leave it unlocked for our entire stay. The apartment had no kitchen furnishings! Only a stove that did not work, 2 water glasses, no silverware, no cooking utensils, no plates or cups to make a cup of tea. There was no wastebasket in the entire apartment, in the bathroom, kitchen, or living area! We had to leave dirty tissues on the floor of the bathroom. The listing said “daily housekeeping,"“Room service available” and “wifi service” --none of those were available, and “breakfast available” which was a stale pastry and coffee at the creperie down the street.It is very disappointing, because there are other B &B services in the town that seemed to be very professional and good. I would never stay here again and do not reccommend it.

Zimmer mit Küchenzeile in zentraler Lage im niedlichen Ortskern. Schlüssel und Frühstück (Croissant und Kaffee nach Wahl) gibt's im Restaurant ganz in der Nähe, das dem Vermieter gehört. Dort kann man auch ganz gut essen. Leider entgegen der Beschreibung kein WLan im Zimmer, dafür aber im Restaurant. Insgesamt gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
