Arrived at 21:00 (check-in should have been available until 22:00) and there was nobody at the reception and lights were out. Had to call the emergency number. The lady was not very cooperative. After discussing for 30+ minutes, we were able to get a room.

Die Einrichtung war richtig alt und hat in keiner Hinsicht einer ****Kategorie entsprochen. Im Bad haben die Duschtüren nicht geschlossen und es war nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettepapier vorhanden. Der Zimmertresor funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. In Summe eine große Enttäuschung und nicht zu empfehlen.

Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo.

It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade....
