We felt like we got catfished walking into this place. The yard was completely unkempt, long grass overgrown bushes and the code to enter the property was incorrect. When we finally got in we walked around the home and found water damage in most of the bathrooms and upstairs ceiling. We found ants in the living room and coffee maker. Paint was chipping on most of the walls. There was exposed wiring and the fuse panel was completely exposed. The mattresses were basically cardboard and there were nails sticking out of some of the bed frames. The couches and air mattresses were more comfortable than the mattresses the host provided. The grill was COMPLETELY RUSTED. I don’t know why we had to pay an extra 1000 deposit for such a poorly unkept home. We still haven’t received any part of the deposit back. I understand pictures on listings are edited and meant to show off the home but this felt like a catfishing experience. I have pictures of all the damage we saw taken the day we arrived.

Convenient location for a large group, especially with the two sectioned off areas downstairs.
