Sleepover - Lima Airport, the only in-terminal sleep pods

It’s a GREAT option to get some sleep and stay at the airport if you have a connecting flight. Love that they offer coffee and beverages free of charge (well, it’s included in the total price). I found the shower fee a bit pricey ($14 seems exaggerated to use the shower) but it’s ok they give you a towel and the shower is very clean. It was VERY cold at night and the cover they give you is too thin, that would be my only complaint but I highly recommend it for travelers with connecting flights.

Quick and easy check in. I actually booked it the wrong date. They had no issues with honouring it for the night I was there. Free drinks and tea/coffee. It was nice and clean. I loved my pod. It was super comfy and cute. I wish I had more time there. I only slept for 5 hours and had to run off for a flight before I had a chance to enjoy the lounge and drinks.

I liked that it was secure, they gave you a remote card key that opened the door to the hallway and the door to the room. I liked that the pod had personal AC unit, you make it colder or warmer to my personal comfort. It had dimmable lighting so that was nice. They gave you access to unlimited coffee and fountain drink machines. Only downside was their was only single bathrooms, which is slightly inconvenient for the many rooms they had. Good thing for those that are handicap, they have a dedicated bathroom for that. Overall, I am very impressed and I will be using them again in the future.

The unit was within the airport which made it easy to use for a short layover for a connecting flight. The requriement to leave my luggage outside my room was a little awkward and I didn't appreciate the extra 25 usd to take a shower

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy I was overnight here. The actual rooms with beds only had a curtain that went down but my room with a reclining chair (that went flat) had a locked door which was awesome. It was quiet and the common bathrooms were very clean. It was definitely worth staying there versus trying to find a hotel outside of the airport for an eight hour layover.

Not well soundproofed, can hear everything in the hallway. Also was surprised to have to pay extra per person to take a shower. Otherwise was very nice, theres free coffee and sodas etc too.

Einfach sehr ärgerlich. Die duschen muss man extra bezahlen, was in der Beschreibung von Expedia nicht klar angegeben ist. Noch dazu handelt es sich um Gemeinschaftsbäder. Morgens wenn man duschen möchte ist gar kein Platz frei. Morgens um fünf ist es schon so laut das man nicht mehr schlafen kann. Das Internet funktionierte bei uns gar nicht. Die Zimmer sind so klein das man sich nichteinmal umziehen kann. Die großen Koffer werden in einem separaten Raum aufbewahrt. Zu unserem Pech hat es auch noch in den Bädern eine Verstopfung gegeben so das es kaum auszuhalten war der Geruch. Wir wollten einfach nur schnell dort weg. Preis Leistung stimmt auf keinen Fall. Nicht zu empfehlen!

ホテルを出てすぐに空港があるので、出発のギリギリまで寝てられます。そして、清潔さは完璧でした。私は日本人ですが、日本人でも驚く清潔さでした。 シャワーが別料金だったのは知らなかったです。

セキュリティ、静寂度、清潔度、シャワールームなどは満足のいく環境です。唯一、部屋の温度調整が上手くいかなかったことだけが残念でした。寒くて、ジャンバーなどを着込みました。

I booked and paid for a Sleepods capsule inside Jorge Chávez Airport (Lima) because I had an international connection and did NOT want to leave the transit area. The huge problem: the Sleepods are NOT located inside the international transit zone; they are in the public area, landside, after immigration. Airport staff confirmed that to reach them I would have to go through immigration (exit Peru), collect luggage, pay departure tax and check in again… completely impossible on a short layover. I asked for a refund and they refused, claiming “the guest arrived at the property and decided to cancel”. That is a LIE. I never arrived because it was physically impossible without destroying my connection. This is completely misleading advertising: they promote themselves as “the only in-terminal sleep pods” and “inside Lima Airport” but deliberately hide that they are outside the international transit area. Many connecting passengers fall into the same trap. Do NOT book this if you have an international layover. I lost my money and ended up sleeping on the airport floor. Very disappointed and felt cheated.

Very accommodating staff!

Excellent service with my senior parents, great communication, i asked many questions and i got quick answers, i was worried about the sleepovers pods, about their privacy, it was very secured, private, with their own card key , I really appreciate it, they felt very confortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my parents. They stayed because they arrived to the airport at 6am and their check in the hotel was at 2pm. They were able to recharge after their long delayed flight. Very recommended. Thank you!

The thing other travellers should know is not to book through third party websites otherwise they have very little flexibility to change your reservation. I booked for 8 hours and only got to stay for 3 because I booked a time frame from 11pm-7am which was the only option on Expedia. Due to this I only got to sleep there for 3 hours and I ended up paying extra per hour, only paid one extra hour because I was so tired and it was a lot. Book directly through sleepover next time! The place was a bit loud when people were taking in the hall but they give you ear plugs. They could have given a much better blanket so definitely bring something to stay warm.

Reserve dos días antes. Nunca me mandaron correo sobre que horario desaba. Mepusiero de 700am a 2.pm cuando yo lo ocupaba alas 11pm. No se informa nada de eso en Expedia. Pague de nuevo. No tenía otra opción...no vuelvo a hospedarme en esa cad6

Front desk person was super helpful and even adjusted the time we will be using the space since we arrived earlier than the check-in and didn’t need to stay as late as the check-out time. Bed looked clean and was very convenient for waiting in the airport away from the busy crowds.

Great place to catch some rest without leaving the airport

Super quiet and comfortable. Really friendly staff. Located past passport control and security on the 2nd level at airport entrance area, next to Dunkin Donuts. Highly recommend!

We had a family room with double size bunkbeds. Beds were comfortable. There was room for suitcases but not much more room which was fine, we just wanted to sleep. Our reservation was for 13:00-2300. We got in at 8:00 and were able to switch our time so we got right in plus extended two hours, so convenient!! There was a restaurant practically next door. We had breakfast and lunch there. I would recommend

c'est la 2e fois que je teste un hôtel capsule, le premier étant à l'aéroport d'Istanbul. Concernant le lieu: il est beau, propre, confortable, il y a une porte pour chaque chambre (ailleurs c'était des rideaux). J'ai pu choisir une chambre avec un lit et non un siège inclinable. Dans la chambre, vous pouvez régler climatisation, la lumière, il y a le wifi et il y a de petits rangements. Vous avez accès à des boissons, sanitaires,un espace pour travailler au calme. En revanche, j'étais en escale et j'ai eu énormément de mal à accéder au lieu et je n'ai pas eu d'information avant de réserver ou d'y aller. J'ai réalisé un premier vol La Paz-Lima et je devais faire Lima- Paris plus tard, je suis donc allée dans la zone de transit pour la suite du voyage. Je pensais qu'il y aurait un accès facile au sleepover depuis cette zone. Or, pour aller au sleepover, vous devez sortir de cette zone, passer la douane... etc et à cause de cela vous devrez repasser la sécurité et surtout repayer un droit d'entrée,de 15 à 30 dollars pour retourner dans la zone de transit après! je trouve cela scandaleux et j'ai été très mécontente de me retrouver face à cette situation sans information préalable. J'ai aussi perdu plus d'une heure pour savoir comment y accéder et repasser toutes les formalités ( si vous allez au sleepover dans le cadre d'une escale, vous devez passer la douane pour "entrer" au pérou, même si vous ne sortez pas de l'aéroport). Bref, cette mauvaise expérience a gâché mon séjour.
