Annie is the consummate host, helpful, thorough, kind and communicative. We enjoyed chatting with her by the wood fire int he common room! The place itself is like a dream--a lovely country house in a beautiful and quiet setting. Everything has been thoughtfully and tastefully presented for maximum comfort. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and there are too many thoughtful touches to possibly mention. Breakfast was amazing! We are so glad we found this place for our stay in the Cairngorms area.

Lovely B&B run by a lovely lady who was very accommodating, recommended routes for walking the dog nearby. Breakfast was excellent and fuelled us well for our adventures the next day. Our room was spacious well presented with a super comfy bed, lovely views out all directions spotting red squirrels and birds feeding in the garden and grounds around. Will gladly stay again. Not all rooms are dog friendly, Hotels.com doesn’t distinguish that so worth calling up after you book to make sure.

The room was luxurious. The breakfast was delicious, with nice views of the greenery and wildlife. All this was just a sideshow compared to our wonderful hosts who would be embarrassed to read this. They felt like old friends and if I'm ever in the area, wouldnt hesitate to come back.
