staff member was rude and dont know how greet guest. needs more parking for trucks with trailers. I reserved a non smoking room but only smoking was available.

First room was not clean and the phone, clock and microwave were not in the room. The second room was better, but there was sticky candy stuck to the floor. Returned to the room in the evening to find that my room key did not work and my room had not been refreshed. The front desk person was uninterested in addressing the issue; he actually chuckled when I reported the issues. The free breakfast is a very sparse continental breakfast. Given that this is a budget hotel, my expectations were in the basement. They didn’t even meet the bare minimum cleanliness and staff support standards. I have stayed here 6-8 times over the last few years, and they normally at least hit the minimum expectation. This stay they did not and I probably will pay a little more to stay elsewhere in the future.

Room was not refreshed after the first night and the front desk person blew it off (“I guess they didn’t feel like cleaning your room”). The “breakfast” was also very sparse. Even for a budget hotel stay, this one was disappointing.
