Shard Riverside

Breakfast was very good, hotel was clean, parking was plentiful. However, the mattress was very hard and the floorboards creak like mad and can be heard from neighbouring rooms. The noise and mattress made for a poor night's sleep.

Lovely place to stay , great base to get to The River Barn for a wedding reception. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good , would recommend anyone to stay.

Breakfast was lovely parking was fine I just thought the room for the money needed updating not enough plugs and could do with usb plug sockets room was very basic and would benefit decorating and a Capet would be nice as it was a superior room could not fault staff there where lovely

Good staff, good food, real all. Good view from our room.

Room was lovely and clean although bathroom a little small. Staff where lovely, food excellent. Had a cracking view of the estuary.
