Walton park hotel, what a great hotel, been here several times. Great place and location, easy parking. Very clean, good food and the bar is really nice to have a drink and relax and a sea view as well, and the staff are amazing.

Lovely 2nd stay at this hotel. Large room with beautiful views of the Bristol channel. Room had everything I needed, very comfortable bed. Having a restaurant and bar onsite is a plus for me.This time I had lunch and dinner at the restaurant on both days. I thought the food was a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. Breakfast options are good with plenty to choose from. Room and communal areas are clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back myself.

Beautiful traditional hotel situated on the coast overlooking the Bristol Channel. The room was very nice. Clean and comfy. The building is a bit dated in some areas and the floors creak a bit, but it's still a lovely place. An on-site bar is open until 11pm and has beautiful views out of large windows also. The breakfast was excellent also. Lots of choice. Polite and attentive staff throughout also. Hotel is within easy walking distance of Clevedon's pier and town centre also. The hotel has a large car park which always has plenty of space too. Very happy with our stay.

We loved this hotel. Overlooking the water and at the end of the street, this was a perfect location. Hotel wait staff was tremendous as well as the front desk. Parking was convenient too.

Executive room was large, clean, very comfortable with a great view of the Bristol Channel. Lovely bathroom. Very relaxing. Comfortable, king sized bed but pillows were very hard. Didn't like being woken at 7am each morning of our stay with the clatter and bangs of the breakfast room above! Lovely outdoor seating areas with fantastic water views.

Lovely Hotel and position overlooking the sea. Wonderful spacious room with fantastic view. Clean and well equipped. We stayed 3 nights and were surprised that there was no room service throughout our stay. Had to go 3 times to reception on 3 days to replenish tea and coffee and not once was I asked why it had not been done by room service. Neither were we asked how our stay was when checking out. Shame because it’s a nice looking hotel otherwise.

The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful especially when I mislaid the car keys at the end of the holiday!! Room eas beautiflly decorated and spotlessly clean. We had room servie breakfast which was very good snd much to my surprese there was no additional charge. First time ever in years of holidays. We enjoyed our stay very much and have recommended this hotel to friends

What can you say - old tired - bed gave me back pain. Dirty rooms that need cleaning properly. Skirting boards and bathrooms really need help. Shower pressure beyond awful. Food average, service in bar with view and breakfast was only positive. Will never return

The bedrooms were in a clean condition & comfortable. The only criticism is even though there was free WiFi it took awhile to gain the internet. The TV reception was awful the screen kept breaking up when watching a programme.

We stayed at the Best Western Walton Park Hotel before an early flight from Bristol. The hotel phoned ahead to advise that the doors are locked at 22:00, which was proactive. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We arrived at 22:45 and, despite giving our arrival time, it took some time for staff to appear and check us in. The key card to our room didn’t work, and reception was unmanned when we returned. The phone at the desk only gave an automated “reception closed” message. After walking the building, I eventually found a member of staff in the kitchens who was able to help. The room was spacious and relatively clean, but Wi-Fi was extremely poor. With virtually no phone signal in the building, this was a real issue. Sleep was cut short when guests sat talking on sofas placed in the corridor outside our room — an odd and disruptive choice of location. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the poor service, lack of connectivity, and noise meant I wouldn’t stay again.

Lovely room and the view was amazing. TV in the room had no picture, just audio and I did mention this when I checked out. 4 poster bed looked amazing but was rather lumpy so difficult to get comfy. Plenty of room in the room. Seats by the window were great. Huge, roomy bathroom and shower. Food in the restaurant was ok but pricey. Breakfast was lovely - buffet style continental and cooked.

The room was clean and comfortable, but hot (even with two windows open) and a noisy bathroom exhaust. Lots of hot water but a slow supply of cold. Wifi was terrible and our 3G mobile connection was intermittent.

Nice hotel, free parking and nice staff. Our room was on the second floor so in the roof essentially and very hot with only a small velux window so needed a fan going all night. The mattress was not good and I suspect quite old. Staff are lovely and moved us to another room on the same floor as we had a wasp nest just outside the velux window.

No one on reception at check in. Rang phone on desk twice - nobody answered. Found them chatting down the corridor. Hotel really out dated and needs new no squeaking floor boards throughout. World’s slowest lift doors. Breakfast good though.

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful on reception- I needed to change a room to a more accessible one for my parents and it was no trouble for the receptionist. I’d also forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste but they had disposable ones at reception Food was very nice. Great views across the Severn estuary

Lovely Hotel and position overlooking the sea. Wonderful spacious room with fantastic view. Clean and well equipped. We stayed 3 nights and were surprised that there was no room service throughout our stay. Had to go 3 times to reception on 3 days to replenish tea and coffee and not once was I asked why it had not been done by room service. Neither were we asked how our stay was when checking out. Shame because it’s a nice looking hotel otherwise.

Ante, on reception was excellent. Room i stayed was clean, large, and a modern bathroom. Some breakfast staff were a little less efficient and wearing a nose ring does not give a good impression.

Beautiful traditional hotel situated on the coast overlooking the Bristol Channel. The room was very nice. Clean and comfy. The building is a bit dated in some areas and the floors creak a bit, but it's still a lovely place. An on-site bar is open until 11pm and has beautiful views out of large windows also. The breakfast was excellent also. Lots of choice. Polite and attentive staff throughout also. Hotel is within easy walking distance of Clevedon's pier and town centre also. The hotel has a large car park which always has plenty of space too. Very happy with our stay.

We arrived late, but had spoken to the hotel by phone. Arrived at 9.00 pm, No one on reception. Sign told us to dial 0. Did so - twice; no-one answered. Eventually found someone, who then took a long time to find someone else to check us in. Rooms OK, but roof windows - we appeared to be in the attic! No window opened in our room and it was a hot night! Had to buy water for the room ar bar prices. CHose hotel as it had views over the Bristol Channel. Booked breakfast for 8.30. Despite having tables by the window the staff refused to let us sit at one - but laid up a table for 3 elsewhere. At least one window table was not used by the time the buffet breakfast had finished. Some people had also been allowed to have breakfast in the lounge by a window. Very unimpressed with the service although the food was good. WILL NOT USE THE HOTEL AGAIN.

Our room had recently had new windows, on our second night the wind changed direction and caused a high pitched humming sound. The only way to resolve it was for the window to be left open, but not ideal during a storm! We didn’t raised the issue overnight as we didn’t want to have to pack up and change room. We reported it with reception in the morning, the receptionist spoke to the manager who didn’t want to speak to us. The receptionist came to our room and heard the noise and said that she would refer it back to the manager. We said that they couldn’t put anyone in the room until the problem was resolved, she said that the hotel was fully booked and the room would be used. When we checked out, we were given a refund of the price of breakfast.

Booked for the location, so ideal. Spent very little time in the hotel, didnt use any of the facilities. Great location for walking to the seafront and local bars and restaurants in Hill Road which are very nice. The hotel has great views across the channel, and is very picturesque.

We loved this hotel. Overlooking the water and at the end of the street, this was a perfect location. Hotel wait staff was tremendous as well as the front desk. Parking was convenient too.

Walton park hotel, what a great hotel, been here several times. Great place and location, easy parking. Very clean, good food and the bar is really nice to have a drink and relax and a sea view as well, and the staff are amazing.

The location is fantastic the view from my room overlooking the water was great. However, the quality of the food was sadly lacking, I don't think the food is fresh because I wanted the fish & chips but the fish was skin on and I was not offered the option of it being removed. I ordered the Scampi & chips which was really poor, the scampi was from frozen, the chips were from bruised potatoes full of 'eyes' and the peas were like bullets.
The location is fantastic the view from my room overlooking the water was great. The room was very dirty, by the time i had realised it was too late to go to the front desk and i left at 4am for a flight. Food was very bland and overpriced.

Lovely room and the view was amazing. TV in the room had no picture, just audio and I did mention this when I checked out. 4 poster bed looked amazing but was rather lumpy so difficult to get comfy. Plenty of room in the room. Seats by the window were great. Huge, roomy bathroom and shower. Food in the restaurant was ok but pricey. Breakfast was lovely - buffet style continental and cooked.

The executive room we had was very clean with an amazing view. The bed was not very comfortable and pillows very hard. The only restaurant open in the evening was The Terrace with a limited menu. Disappointing. However the food was very good. Breakfast choice was good and staff lovely and helpful.

Difficulty finding parking space after a long drive, stuck in traffic in hot weather - arrived at 8.45 pm and wasn’t even able to get a sandwich to eat - no aircon which due to the age of the hotel I understand may be difficult but it was so hot couldn’t sleep so at least a fan should be provided. No spare toilet roll and was not changed so ran out. Very creaky floor both in the hall outside the room and in the room above. The only positive was the location as we were going on a boat from Clevedon pier .

An old Victorian building with lots to admire from the old décor of it's day and the lovely view of the Bristol Channel sat on the cliff above the water. Room was good and no problem obtaining a fan from reception as the room was hot. TV bar was small but ideal and there was a lounge bar with lovely views from the windows. The lovely decking is on a basement level so many inside steps or an outside path to manoeuvre balancing a drink in hand. Breakfast was good with friendly and helpful staff. Downside is the walk to Clevedon pier and sea front if any disabilities. It took me 16 mins to walk down but a bit longer walking up the hill. Quite steep at the bottom before the road flattens out at the top. No problem if you are fit I'm sure. Generally, a good stay.

Lovely hotel and if I’m touched at location overlooking the channel towards Wales Our room was well appointed comfortable bed nice shower and we definitely stay again

Reception staff welcoming. The rooms were clean, the views over Môr Hafren (Bristol Channel) fantastc. Breakfast was a relaxed affair with a lovely selection. The dinner was good with care taken on allergies (a special thanks to chef and waiting staff). It is an old house so the floor boards creaked. Only slight off point was that the showers not strong flow, but hey we survived. Would definitely stay again.
