Hyatt Place Post Falls/Coeur D'Alene

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easy access to freeways

I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Post Falls. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The rooms are large and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The beds were extremely comfortable, honestly some of the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. I also appreciated the large TV, which was a nice bonus for winding down at night. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and our room was quite comfortable. My only complaint is that when I booked the room, which I was happy was "pet friendly", they didn't tell me that their pet fee was $100 per stay! And none of it was refundable! We've never had to pay more than $50 at any other hotel. We have 1 small dog and it doesn't matter if you're just staying 1 day or 5, it's still $100. I completely understand the expenses that are involved with having pet-friendly rooms, but I just thought this was too exorbitant. We go to the area quite a bit for my husband's orthopedic doctor appointments & surgeries, and I did like the hotel, but we will not be staying there again.

The hotel property was clean and well maintained! We were personally greeted by every single staff member that we passed by! There were many different options for the breakfast and the breakfast area was large. the room was bigger than most and gave us plenty of space for relaxing. Close to the freeway for easy on/off, no matter which direction we were headed. our new favorite place while in the area!
