We had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and rooms comfortable. It is walking distance to the historic center.

ES un hotel boutique con un jardín muy bonito, las casas antiguas tienen muchos muebles históricos; vale la pena hacer el recorrido guiado por la propiedad. El personal fue increíble, atenta a todo momento, aunque algunos servicios con oportunidades de mejora, como la tina en la habitación y el internet tuvo muchas fallas. Tampoco hay televisores en las habitaciones. El desayuno es en Casa Taxco a 20 metros de la entrada principal, es muy bueno y con porciones generosas. En conclusión, regresaría a la propiedad. Slds,

The staff in this hotel is super nice and helpful. We stayed 3 hours and decided to leave for another place. The room did not have AC (only one tower fan which was totally insufficient) nor TV (the staff indicated that this was a decision to help the guests interact with others). What was the last straw for us was the lack of good and reliable internet service. The manager Jose Antonio did everything he could to make it work, but it never did. The only option was for us to sit outside, in the humid heat, next to the router. We did this for 15 minutes and I was bit all over by moskitoes. I hope this property addresses these 3 items along with easy parking. The place is beautiful. It would be nice to stay there comfortably.
