Nice location in area with lots of eating options and some you could walk to. It has a nice indoor pool. Very clean and a real nice breakfast each morning and lots of coffee options early.

Our room was quiet. The A/C was wonderful. We had dark water spots on the ceiling. The pool wasn’t open. But they made arrangements for us to use the country club pool. That was nice.

There was construction in the rooms across and down the hallway which was distracting and made getting in and out of our room difficulty. Not to mention thenoise in the middle of the day. The pool was out of service which is a big factor why we booked with this hotel-inside pool. Given access to Lifetime Fitness in which my child cannot go to 2 hours less in the evening is not acceptable as we like going in the late evening. Noise in the elevators and constant smell of weed throughout.

Nice area with options near by. However the trip was booked solely to this destination because it had an indoor pool. Originally was only staying two nights then decided to stay three and after booking the third night they let me know they do not have a pool in service. That was not noted on the site. We had to travel to go to another location that had a pool. Plus my key cards stopped working multiple times and we were getting locked out of our room.

The staff was friendly. The room was ok. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is showing a lot of wear and tear as was the carpet in the hall. The pool and one elevator weren't working. The biggest issue is the hallway smelled moldy and my husband's allergies flared up. The hotel was ok but honestly not up to Hampton standards.

When you walked out on the 4th floor it smelled badly of mildew. The bed in room 228 was not even fitted with proper fitted sheets, they came off the bed all night. The shower was not clean and had the previous persons hair in it.

We stayed one night at this property. At check in the staff talked on their cell phone the entire time we were checking in. Our room door did not close completely and it smelled like animal urine. A horrible smell. The breakfast had sour waffle batter and really all the food was subpar. The hotel was not clean and I’m glad we were only staying one night. If we’d been staying longer, I would have gone to a different hotel.

I normally don't write reviews.... but there is a few things that was not happy with, the staff was very pleasant. Pool was closed, coffee machine broke, got up in the night to go to the bathroom and a bug went across the floor, sheets did not stay on, mattress was stained. It is an older hotel and I realize you get what you pay for.

I loved the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable. Things were just a little bit run down and shabby, but not enough to prevent me from staying there again. Breakfast had many great options. Check-in took forever because the people in front of me had a problem and there was only one person working. He was very friendly though.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room as my daughter has cerebral palsy. The room was huge. There was four of us so we had plenty of space. The staff was nice enough and the breakfast was good for $free.99😆the only complaints are the door in our room was missing a screw so the handle kept coming off. This wasn’t a deal breaker, in fact we didn’t even mention it to staff. Other than that, you tell the room was a little dated with buckling paint in the bathroom and the handicapped shower head needs to be replaced. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but they worked. We were there for a volleyball tournament and overall were not disappointed. Yes, I would stay again.

Staff was responsive, pleasant, and helpful. Pool was quite cold, but my kids enjoyed it. One of the beds had a stray hair in the sheets, prompting us to replace all the beddings with fresh ones, which the manager was happy to provide. Breakfast was delicious and had good variety. The room doors slam shut pretty loudly so we were disrupted from time to time by others on our floor who did not take care to close the doors gently. Overall it was a pleasant stay with no serious issues, and it was a good value for what we got.

Hampton has always been great, but this time the comfort wasn’t there. The AC unit was so loud and noisy. But what was really surprising were the small pillows for kings size bed. Even putting two of the small pillows together didn’t make it any better. It was a little disappointing.

I have stayed at this Hampton several times over the years. The building/room is showing signs of aging. Our room lighting was very dark with no overhead lighting. We stayed 5 nights. The room had a king sized bed and only one chair. It took two days to get a second chair. It seemed that the weekend was staffed a little light as the trash cans in the dining area overflowed. However, the desk staff were all very nice and friendly. I stay here because the location is best for visiting family in the area and for now, I will continue to stay here.

The hotel staff mentioned that I would be charged the full price for my stay even though I had not yet checked in, and that I would need to make a completely new booking. I was expected alot more of this hotel from the reviews. Check in was great until about 1:15am when my phone rang and woke me up. I wasn’t able to answer it in time, but a few minutes later, someone opened my door. Thankfully, the other lock was on, but it scared me. The employee apologized and went back downstairs and called me. I guess I was checked into one room, but put in another. I understand mistakes, but then the employee continued to ask me who checked me in and to describe them. I was just shaken up and wanted to lay back down and try to sleep. The room was tiny and the bed made sounds anytime you moved. The carpet was loose and coming up from the floor. On a postive note, the breakfast is free and smelled good. The lobby was really nice.

The room was tiny and the bed made sounds anytime you moved. The carpet was loose and coming up from the floor. On a postive note, the breakfast is free and smelled good. The lobby was really nice.

We stayed here for the weekend. Doris was amazing, she even brought extra pillows up to our room for us upon request. Andrew also very attentive and courteous. We would definite stay here again.

Location was great. However, when we experienced excessive noise in the room above us at 11:00 pm, the staff was unable to resolve the situation and ended up swapping rooms at MIDNIGHT!!!!!! Same thing the next night!!!!!!!!! Don’t stay here if you want any sleep.

We stayed one night at this property. At check in the staff talked on their cell phone the entire time we were checking in. Our room door did not close completely and it smelled like animal urine. A horrible smell. The breakfast had sour waffle batter and really all the food was subpar. The hotel was not clean and I’m glad we were only staying one night. If we’d been staying longer, I would have gone to a different hotel.

I planned meeting a sister at your hotel. I had arrived way before for check in time.And wanted to park my car in the hotel parking lot since I had réservations for Wednesday and Thursday night. So I when inside an spoke with Jessica at the front and I told that I know it was way to early for check in and asked if it would be ok to go ahead and oark my car since my sister know Tulsa alot better than I did. She said sure, but she let me check to see if your room is ready, if so I'll go ahead and check you in.It was ready.Thank Jessica for checking us in early. Great customer service.

Nice location in area with lots of eating options and some you could walk to. It has a nice indoor pool. Very clean and a real nice breakfast each morning and lots of coffee options early.

It was very clean and quiet. Staff very responsive. Problem - breakfast was terrible as far as having what has been advertised. There were about 30 people coming down to have breakfast and the only thing they had was apple juice, milk, breakfast cereal and boiled eggs. People were very disappointed as I was.

Breakfast was subpar with frozen potatoes served. Manager was asked if he could book a 2nd night the same as Expedia has booked the first night and I was charged about 10% more than Expedia would have charged for the 2nd night. Also Expedia posts falsely positive reviews. Google seems more accurate.

The staff was great however the over all experience was not. The first room we got in to had mildew in the bathroom, and all the toiletries were empty. The front desk then informed us they were out of everything but shampoo. Then we were locked out of the room because the electronic lock quit working. Afer we got into a second room it too had mildew in the shower and the fixtures were dusty. Additionally the pool is out of service and that is not indicated on the website at all. Lastly we went down to breakfast at 7am and it was mostly empty but what was left had flies. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The hotel had a very musky bad Oder! The first room we got was a king size bed My fiancé noticed the head board was loose as I was sitting on the bed, he told me to get up it was about to fall! As I got up it fell completely off the wall and it was a very large and heavy headboard so we called front desk and my fiancé went got another room and as we get in it the air conditioner wasn’t working at all! So needless to say at that point we just wanted a refund! Went down street to Holiday inn! More money but worth it! Clean all the way around and had pool and hot tub! Where this hotel told us the pool was under maintenance when we got there! Won’t ever go there again!
