Great location with easy access to major sites and the vaporetto stop and great breakfast. However, slightly chaotic hotel, rubbish bags and hoovers in hallways, staff that seemed pretty unhappy. Building materials lying around. Understand that Venice is a tourist hotspot and they are all jaded by us all but at that price it was a bit disappointing. Our room had damp stains on the walls and we had to ask to get the air conditioning working even though it was super hot. We travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels but have to say this was a bit disappointing and did not reflect the other reviews that had been given so I am not sure why it was so different on this occasion.

The best of the best! This will forever be my go-to hotel in Venice. Can’t wait to go back

This hotel is situated really well…not far from St Marks square, but far enough to be quiet at night…really handy for the water buses too. Although the rooms are quite small, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean & tidy. Breakfast had a broad choice of nice quality food. Only constructive criticisms would be toilets in the restaurant are not great, no conditioner in the bathroom and a very manly smelling shampoo, as well as not much shower gel. Could do with a few more power points in the room too. Overall a very nice stay, and would strongly recommend it.
