The hotel was in a great location with easy parking and great facilities nearby. The room was spotless and comfortable and half way through our stay a brand new sofa was installed. Everything needed was provided and the only downside was some work was going on on the drains in front of the hotel so there was some noise occasionally, but this was a minor issue (and not the fault of the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

Excellent accueil, établissement plus près de la plage il n’y a pas mieux ’,vue appréciable sur la plagge ,mer à quelques mètres, stationnement facile et gratuit, personnel sympathique, efficace pour le ménage, la Mata,ville tranquille, proche des commerces. Les moins absence de chaînes télévisées francophones, i Le principe de l’îlot central et des tabourets hauts pour déjeuner, pas pratique, mais surtout la literie en 140 ,matelas un peu trop ferme,,a revoir.pour la 118, la porte fenêtre faites quelque chose

Staff were brilliant and helpful, rooms were basic but clean, unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed as it was out of season but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Perfect location for La Mata only a very short distance to the town with lots of choice for bars and food. Request a sea view early if you want one.

Stay was absolutely beautiful. The receptionist was very nice and kinda. Really grateful that the hotel let us stay till 5pm rather than checking out at 12pm. My son loved the swimming pool. View was hotel was beautiful. Clean and tidy room

Hotel tres typique et un peu vintage. Ca fait son charme.l'equipement est parfait. Dommage que le bar et le restaurant doient fermés pour cause de travaux.L' équipe est trés réactive(petit probleme de clim)resolu en 05 minutes.

Fantastiskt boende på stranden. Lite odaterad inredning och slutet men allt fanns och var helt och rent! Fantastisk balkong och takterass med havsutsikt och fin (liten) pool med utedusch. Alla bekvämligheter som en kan önska. Trevlig personal och bra service. Parasoll och solstolar för utlåning mot deposition.

Vor dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle. Von 9 Uhr bis 17 Uhr wurde gehämmert und gesägt. Bar und Restaurant deswegen geschlossen. Somit auch keine Liegen und Schirme.

Great size rooms, hotel is right in the beach. Good air-conditioning and a fantastic shower. Very clean and lovely polite and helpful staff. Very close to shops bars and restaurants. Would definitely look at staying here again.

Hyggelig strandhotell med store rom og bad. Kjøleskap og vannkoker på rommet. Vi synes sengene og putene var litt harde, men det gikk greit for noen netter. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

The hotel room was lovely and big with tea and coffee facilities plus a fridge. BUT you couldn't pull back the curtains otherwise you felt like you we're in a goldfish bowl. The reason is that you're on the ground floor and there's no net curtains, so everyone walking to the pool etc can see right in. So I wouldn't stay here again 😕.

Our apartment wasn’t so comfortable. Bedrooms in the basement was weird. Pillow was terrible and there is not real blankets. Sofa was bad. We could hardly sleep in this apartment. Only good thing is the location.

Horrible room. Unable to let any light in as the windows are directly opposite the reception and on the walkway for the whole ground floor. Why not fit some net curtaining. No normal coffee provided. Pillows that are useless & no access to others to improve. Sounded like a Chinese laundry upstairs all night and lots of rattling around with the laundry outside early in the morning. Worst night ever, anywhere. Sorry but just nowhere near good enough.

Had a really lovely stay here . The location is absolutely AMAZING and more than made up for anything lacking . Welcome was lovely and room ready before the 4pm check-in . Yes the rooms are a bit dated and perhaps some of the outside and inside need a bit of tlc but they were clean and with all the bits needed to self cater well. We loved being able to sit and look at the sea and hear it as we slept . For what we paid it was an absolute bargain and we will definitely be back .

It's a great place to stay for La Mata. It's our of the hotel's control but there is construction work on the whole of La Mata beach. There was also an error with our booking, so we had to move halfway through our stay to get the sea view.

Had a really lovely stay here . The location is absolutely AMAZING and more than made up for anything lacking . Welcome was lovely and room ready before the 4pm check-in . Yes the rooms are a bit dated and perhaps some of the outside and inside need a bit of tlc but they were clean and with all the bits needed to self cater well. We loved being able to sit and look at the sea and hear it as we slept . For what we paid it was an absolute bargain and we will definitely be back .

This place was fantastic. It’s right on the beach and the staff are super friendly. La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. It’s not super fancy, so don’t expect the four seasons, but it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend.

Great size rooms, hotel is right in the beach. Good air-conditioning and a fantastic shower. Very clean and lovely polite and helpful staff. Very close to shops bars and restaurants. Would definitely look at staying here again.

It is currently not like the photos, as there are massive building works going on in front of the rooms along the beach. You can still access the beach along a wooden plank bridge. Room is ok but needs modernising/updating and some maintenance. Good location and helpful receptionist.

This place was fantastic. It’s right on the beach and the staff are super friendly. Staff were brilliant and helpful, rooms were basic but clean, unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed as it was out of season but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Perfect location for La Mata only a very short distance to the town with lots of choice for bars and food. Request a sea view early if you want one.

We stayed at this hotel last year as we loved it, this year i invited along my daughter ans finance to which when we arrived the beach facing bar and board walk that access the bar was under construction, the Lloyd's bar was closed during my stay to which looks like a few more months away from completion, we were really disappointed as the beach facing bar was the reason for our holiday, we were not informed prior to the booking and also at day of check in was not told of the works being undertaken, we really was robbed of our holiday stay here.

Personnel was attentive and courteous. Excellent location. Right on the beach. EXCELLENT Italian restaurant in the premises. Unfortunately. Apartment was poorly maintained. Curtains has holes in the fabric. Probably have same bed/furniture from last century. They really dont want you to watch TV since is probably one bought from the same century the furnitire was bought from. Overall. Is good the beach and restaurants are near since you probably dont want to spend any time inside apartment. Great location. Its a shame cus the building has potential as well as the apartments inside.

Hotel tres typique et un peu vintage. Ca fait son charme.l'equipement est parfait. Dommage que le bar et le restaurant doient fermés pour cause de travaux.L' équipe est trés réactive(petit probleme de clim)resolu en 05 minutes.

Great location right by the beach! Swimming pool is lovely and good bar and restaurant next door. All staff really friendly and very helpful, got some good recommendations for dinner! Only negative is needs a little attention in the apartment, blackout curtain had holes and the cooker a bit aged.

I can't say I enjoyed the stay here. It was expensive for me as a single traveller and I expected more. The hotel is very grim and tired as is the local area. Generally it's pretty depressing and seems like there has been no modernisation for many years. The local area is equally miserable and I would not encourage people to visit. The room smelled of meat being cooked constantly which was odd, perhaps the air con is shared with the other units. The proprietor was very nice and helpful. There are some beautiful places nearby for the nature but this is not one of them.

Loved the sea view, balcony & roof terrace with sunbeds. Great central location, right on the beach. We had a one bedroom sea view apartment. Great amenities fully fitted kitchen with essential cookware.

Utvendig ganske nedslitt, men ble fortalt at de skal i gang med oppussing. Leiligheten var fin med terrasse og takterrasse med sjø utsikt (gjelder bare noen leiligheter). Kort avstand til restauranter mv.
