Casa tradicional de piedra totalmente reformada y modernamente equipada con amplios espacios interiores. Hay un dormitorio principal con una cama king size en el primer piso con baño y balcón, un segundo dormitorio con cama doble y 2 habitaciones más con camas individuales. También un baño extra, una sala de estar y comedor una cocina. Todas las habitaciones están completamente equipadas (Aire acondicionado, televisores, armarios, etc.). Amplias zonas exteriores para descansar y tomar el sol. La piscina exterior es de saneamiento con cloro y tiene unas dimensiones de 5m x 3,5m x 1,5m de alto, apta para 5 personas. Hemos tenido especial cuidado en crear un entorno de privacidad para los inquilinos. El pueblo de Thrapsano se encuentra a unos 30 km al sureste de Heraklion y se encuentra a una altitud de 340 m. El pueblo es bien conocido en Creta, particularmente por los fabricantes de cerámica y vasijas de barro. Acceso desde el aeropuerto de Heraklion en coche o taxi en unos 30 minutos. La casa tiene plaza de aparcamiento. El viaje a Thrapsano es seguro y fácil. La mayor parte del pueblo consiste en grandes aceras. La gente del pueblo es amable y te da la bienvenida. Smoking • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets • Small pets are allowed (maximum 1 pet). Parking • Parking must be done with extra care. We recommend assistance from a co-driver. ‍ ‍ ‍ Children • Children must be supervised by adults at all times, both inside and outside the house. ‍♂️ Swimming Pool • Pool depth: 1.5m • Children must always be supervised by adults when using the pool. • Maximum number of people allowed in the pool: 5 • Pool availability: open from May 15th to October 15th. During the rest of the year, it is covered and water is drained. • Running, diving, or rough play around the pool is not permitted. • Guests are kindly requested to shower before entering the pool and to avoid using oils, creams, or glass containers. 🪑 House Equipment • Chairs, deckchairs, towels, and kitchen items must not be taken outside the property. Wood Stove • Use of the wood stove is only permitted from December 1st to April 30st. Security Cameras • Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras for safety reasons. Quiet Hours • Guests must respect the public quiet hours: 15:00 to 17:30 & 23:00 to 07:00 Personal Items • Personal and valuable belongings are the responsibility of the guests. Locking the House • When leaving the property, please ensure all doors and windows are secured and locked. Occupancy • The house is rented for up to 4 persons at the basic fee. • Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (with extra fee). Cleanliness • Guests are expected to maintain the house in good condition. • Any major stains, damages, or misuse of furniture and equipment may result in extra charges. • At check-out, the house should be left tidy, with dishes cleaned or placed in the dishwasher. Electricity & Water Usage • Please use electricity and water responsibly. • Air conditioning should not be left on when windows/doors are open or when leaving the property. Sustainability / Government Fee • A resilience (sustainability) Government of 15 € per day applies. • Payment must be made upon arrival or within the first days of stay. Guest Profile • The property is not suitable for party groups, bachelor/hen parties, or youth groups mainly formed by guests aged 18–25. • The house is intended for families, couples, digital -remote workers and guests seeking vacation experience. • Guests are kindly asked to respect the residential character of the property. ⚠️ Rule Violations • In case of violation of the above rules, additional charges may apply after consultation with the rental channel.
