The lap pool and spa are heated from mid-April to October, depending on the weather. In winter, the spa can be used if the weather allows, available for an extra fee and with 48 hours' notice. You will enjoy a terrace, barbecue, pétanque court, private parking for 8 cars, and 2 reinforced outlets for electric vehicles or bikes. The house offers spacious living areas: a 60 m² living room, XXL TV screen, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table for 15, entrance WC, and 6 bedrooms with 15 high-quality beds, all separable (180 x 200 or 90 x 200 cm). 1) Upstairs, 25 m²: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom. 2) Ground floor, 16 m²: 1 double bed, en-suite shower room. 3) Converted basement, 16 m²: 1 double bed. 4) Walk-through room, 17 m²: 1 double bed, 1 single bed. 5) In the annex, 12 m²: 1 double bed, en-suite shower room. 6) In the annex, 17 m²: 1 double bed.
