I called about early check in and the front desk said the earliest was 1pm. I showed up at 1pm. They said come back at 2:30pm I ended up going back at 3:15pm. Got to my room at 3:20pm and it was still in the process of being cleaned. Didn’t get into the room til 3:45pm. The hall smelled like shrimp. The room smelled like my grandpas old smoking coach and the pillows smelled like his armpit. The faucets are on their last legs and the parking is insane. Big trucks park sideways and take up all the small spaces and they don’t do anything about it. Then there is the elevator of doom. I thought I was going to die every time I got in it. The carpets look like a dog threw up all over them or maybe the other end, you decide. Anyways, other than that it was fine. Wait, it was pretty quiet there.

I had to stay here. ALL of the hotels in the Sacramento and Roseville area were 100% booked. I would never stay here again.

Not very clean Couldn'tuse air cond Dirty towel, wash cloth. Trash left in fridge from previous guest.itionerit was covered withmold. .

Hotel is horrible, dirty bed sheets, the carpet is ugly. The man in the front counter had a horrible attitude. One of the cleaning ladies was walking around with a cigarette, The light for the mirror didn't work. Found a bug on my bed. Honestly i would love to have my money back. Next time ill just spend extra money for better hotel and service.
