Brittany..receptionist was the epitome of customer service. Very knowledgeable..helpful..friendly. Greeted me by name each time l was in the lobby etc. Five star treatment all 3 nights. No complaints. Clean room..a couple of small issues with the door handle..handled immediately. Great stay..no complaints.

The staff members are kind, I had two rooms one had a bad smell and I found a bedbug on the bed.

Good overall

The room was marginal. The toilet would not flush except by removing the top to pull the chain. The thermostat didn’t work, I was not given a voucher for breakfast which I had paid for, and to get my deposit of $100 back, I had to call the issuing bank. The hotel charged my credit card for the deposit despite it being just a deposit, and my room was paid through Hotels.com which the hotel didn’t seem to consider. Given the room problems and cheating me out of breakfast AND my deposit, I’ll never stay in this hotel again.
