Casa Caliche

Casa Caliche is a private villa north of Madrid, run by the owner and her son. We love welcoming guests from all over the world and we're always excited to meet new people, discover new cultures and share stories. Our main goal is to make sure our guests feel at home and comfortable, even when they're far from their own nest. We are fully committed to our guests, and it's a real pleasure for us to offer our home to people travelling for leisure, business, or any other reason. We work every day to maintain the property so that guests can enjoy all our services and facilities without interruption. The house has over 400 m² of built space and sits on a 2,500 m² plot of land. It is located in a gated community with 24/7 security and a single entrance/exit, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Although we are in a peaceful countryside setting, we are only about 17 minutes from the airport and 22 minutes from the city centre. Guests can choose between two accommodation options: a lower-ground floor flat with a double bedroom, bunk bedroom, living room with two single beds, private bathroom, patio with table and chairs, garden area and hammocks (when it's sunny!), or a middle-floor double room with a double bed and private bathroom. The shared areas on the upper ground floor (used by the hosts and other guests) include the garage, front garden, swimming pool, terraces, gym area, living room with fireplace, dining area, guest toilet and kitchen. As a family, we love travelling, staying active, gardening, reading, DIY projects and, above all, hosting guests from wherever they come. We speak Spanish, English, Italian, French, Dutch and some Portuguese.You'll enjoy a private lower-ground-floor flat for up to 6 guests plus a baby or pet. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room with 2 single beds, a full bathroom, garden with hammocks, patio, heating, Wi-Fi, 32" TV, fans, duvets, linens, and towels.
