Bayside * 4BR Luxury Villa Townhouse

We had 13 of us and it was comfortable could have used another bathroom at times and I agree with others the pullout shouldn’t be used by light sleepers but we all survived! The pools, kayak area and the neighborhood was beautiful!! Short drive to several beautiful beaches - Bethany Beach was our favorite! Kitchen had everything you would need and lots of fun extras in the garage that was nice to have. Becky was top notch with communication! She was also kind and pleasant to all my dumb questions! Thank you for a great time, lots of memories made!

We just checked out of this property this morning and can’t wait to visit again! The pictures are true representation of the property and everything that are expectations. The kitchen was nicely stocked with any equipment you may need. I brought my own coffee froth, but was surprised to see they had included one of those as well. Just goes to show. The owners were very thoughtful in providing special touches. The house was very clean and orderly. Each of the beds was very comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. We loved the back deck and even though I’m not much of a griller, we used the gas grill on three different occasions the deck overlooking the pond was one of the favorite spots in the house, a lot of wildlife, including deer rabbits geese and I think we even saw an oriole. We did not use the amenities in the development because we enjoy full days on the beach, but the neighborhood itself is perfect with anything you could ask for. Wish we would’ve looked at the concert schedule in advance as we would’ve definitely gone to the Lee Bryce country concert ! I was told of the venue, but had no idea it was so big with big-time artist and musicians. Everything about the stay was wonderful and it was the perfect set up for our group. The loft upstairs with the bedroom and family room was in fantastic spot, or the teenage kids to hang out and feel like they hadn’t their own separate living area. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and extra blankets in case you need them for the pullout sofa or daybed. The only two very minor things that come to mind would be possibly considering a larger toaster that would toast four items at a time, and a couple bicycles in the garage would definitely be put to use!!! It is such a cute neighborhood. Anybody would hop on a bike and check it out. we did make it to both restaurants on the property and both the food and drinks were wonderful and the view of the bay from 38° was amazing! Although large community everyone seemed extremely welcoming and took a minute to say hello whether you were walking or driving down the street. We did have a chance to meet your next-door neighbors Who were also very nice and seem to be great neighbors. we hope we left no footprint behind. The check-in and checkout process was extremely easy and everything was communicated perfectly. We hope to return to the property and look forward to our next vacation.

Unfamiliar with the area, we decided to stay at a Bayside Resort. Becky was a wonderful host and provided so many details to ensure we had a great stay. The home was spacious and clean and there was so much to do in the community. Becky helped us navigate beach access, parking, pools, and a lot of other things that were very helpful. I strongly recommend this properly.

Beautiful home with amazing neighborhood amenities to entertain everyone in the family.

Great for large groups/ families like mine. Becky responed immediately to any questions I had. Lots of games, space to spread out, a view of the lake, and sunset. The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were so nice to have. Bikes need some maintenance. Parking was a little stressful since only one car can be in the driveway. You will definitely get your steps in! Hauling sheets and towels were a first for me. And since we already paid for passes, I was not paying for linen service as well. If there are a lot of you, and you dont mind looking for parking and walking, than you will enjoy this home.

Extra parking on the next street over since only two cars can realistically fit in the driveway. Great layout to accommodate 7 adults and two children. Nicely furnished and decorated with a screened in porch.

Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed. xtra fridge in garage was great for drinks. The house was clean. The community is large, so I recommend bringing or renting bikes. Parking was a bit challenging b/c there is 1 spot in the driveway and you cannot park on the street near the house. 15-20 minute drive to the beach. If you have teenagers, everything closed at 7 p.m. That was a little disappointing. The pool, the gym, the kayak rentals, the tennis and basketball courts all closed at 7 p.m. The hostess was very responsive and available to help with any issues.

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. The house itself was even more impressive than we expected. The photos don’t do it justice—it’s so much more spacious and beautifully maintained in person. We never felt crowded, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was a standout feature! It was sparkling clean, and we spent hours swimming and in the jacuzzi. Parking wasn't as bad as other reviewers suggest. Overall, this stay exceeded all our expectations. Becky’s kindness and attention to detail made it unforgettable. We can’t recommend this home enough and can’t wait to come back!

Bayside is a huge resort with a ton of activities to do. (You pay extra for the resort passes, I am so glad we did.). It is also so close to Ocean City, Bethany and Fenwick Beach. Coming from Long Island we have beautiful beaches, these were just as lovely, clean and not very wavy. There was plenty of room for all, the beds were very comfortable and lots of sitting areas. We never felt crowded. I highly recommend this place. The owner Becky was in contact with me and always answered my questions very quickly. She was wonderful. Definitely book this home, you will not be disappointed!

We were needing a place to stay for a few days while our group was passing through to the next city. Decent place. Had most what we needed. Place was fairly clean. Went to use the coffee maker and it was full of old moldy coffee grinds. We didn't use that. Place is a bit outdated and could use some basic maintenance like shower caulking, but a nice quiet neighborhood and a decent place to stay.

This home is absolutely perfect for our stay, the only things that we found wrong and they weren’t a big deal at all, is the false drawer under the kitchen sink was off and placed under the sink in the cabinet, because the plastic clips looked to be broken, 2nd previous renters had trash in the garage can and it was half full and the odor was pretty bad and made it hard To enjoy the ping pong table in the garage, finally there is one smoke detector that is beeping for a low battery. Again none of these took away from the gorgeous home, plenty of rooms, games and amenities. Would stay here again and again.

Vacasa is a shady company. Do not stay with them. Companies like this are the reason I came to VRBO in the first place. To start, they have a misleading and borderline predatory advertisement on the listing that boasts their 24 hour cancellation policy. This is 24 hours after booking, not from check in. Next they say that there is an optional amenities fee and do not tell you how much the fee is or when they will tell you. They tell you in the fine print in an email the next day. The fee is 115 per person! So in our case, we paid an extra 1000. Once we got there, there was mold in the coffee pot, the back door was unlocked, the screen to the porch was broken, the cabinet was broken and the garbage can was filled to the brim so that flies got all throughout the house. On top of that, the garage door broke off the lifting arm and almost hit my son. When you call to talk to these people, you get some clueless person in a different country who says they will have the local branch call you. They never do. Bottom line, do not stay with Vacasa here or anywhere.

Gorgeous house and serene deck area (my favorite spot in the mornings!). Very nice and quiet location. I would definitely stay there again. Comfortable beds however I would recommend an additional comforter or padding for the pull-out sofa if using since there is plastic covering the pull-out mattress. The grill was dirty from the last renters so I didn’t bother to use it - I let Vacasa know. We did not use the amenities of the resort; we enjoyed the beaches, fishing and other family activities in the surrounding areas/towns. Only minor things I would recommend - a hook somewhere in the bathrooms to hang your robe/nightwear, etc. when you’re taking a shower. Also, maybe some straw baskets in the bedrooms to throw thrash away in and some bicycles for the kids to ride in the area. I would also recommend a toaster oven instead of a toaster in case of larger families occupying the residence that want toast or waffles, etc. at the same time. The cleaning staff only left a 1/2 roll of toilet tissue in one bathroom and 1/8 of a roll in another bathroom and one bathroom had no toilet tissue at all. Also, bring garbage bags which you will need - there were none extra, and a good can opener - the one there is not good and scrapes and sheds the metal. Otherwise, there were plenty of extra sheets , towels and extra blankets.

Cost was very, very high for 2 night's. Windows we're open all night and locks broken. Fixes that. Opened the backdoor opens hard, falls off. I called asking for help and got ignored. Not soap, no garbage bags, dispenser didn't work. Dryer is so hard to read because the panel visually faded or needs work. Hard to push buttons when you can't see. Called a week later to ask for help, ignored. Now I'll be taking up with my credit card for a full refund.Dont book here or ar least don't use vacasa. They don't care if you're unsafe. I have VIDEO AND PICTURE proof!!! Maybe someone call me! I've been tying since July 28th

Property was clean and as advertised. Also, there were supplies like soap, lotion, dish liquid, etc. already provided. We ran out of toilet paper but with a house full of females, that's not surprising. I would recommend providing more trash bags as well. We went through 2 bags very quickly. Great stay!

My husband and I just spent 2 nights at this lovely home while connecting with other family members who were staying in Fenwick Island. This home is large and would easily accommodate up to 10 people. It is we appointed, nicely decorated, and the kitchen is nicely stocked for making meals. There is also lots of storage in the kitchen for your own food. I make note of this because we've rented other homes that did not allow space for you to store any food you bring with you; not the case here. Also we found the home to be quite clean and comfortable. There seemed to be plenty of towels throughout various bathrooms. I thought it was a nice touch that they provided some complimentary shampoos and little bath soaps to get you started. We were not there long enough to enjoy everything that this home and community had to offer, but I don't think you would be disappointed in this home for your stay in the Ocean City/Fenwick Island areas.

We had a wonderful vacation with college friend’s and families. Becky was extremely helpful, responsive, and wonderful to work with! The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, It was so clean and well stocked for all of our needs. We had 5 Adults and 2 little ones, The Booster chair and gate at the top of the step was so appreciated. Everyone loved being able to fish in the pond in the back yard! Becky was very helpful, and communication was great with any questions we had! Thank you for an amazing week!

Coming from Long Island we have beautiful beaches, these were just as lovely, clean and not very wavy. There was plenty of room for all, the beds were very comfortable and lots of sitting areas. We never felt crowded. I highly recommend this place. The owner Becky was in contact with me and always answered my questions very quickly. She was wonderful. Definitely book this home, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent vacation rental for families. Plenty of room and fishing in the stocked pond was wonderful.

We just checked out of this property this morning and can’t wait to visit again! The pictures are true representation of the property and everything that are expectations. The kitchen was nicely stocked with any equipment you may need. I brought my own coffee froth, but was surprised to see they had included one of those as well. Just goes to show. The owners were very thoughtful in providing special touches. The house was very clean and orderly. Each of the beds was very comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. We loved the back deck and even though I’m not much of a griller, we used the gas grill on three different occasions the deck overlooking the pond was one of the favorite spots in the house, a lot of wildlife, including deer rabbits geese and I think we even saw an oriole. We did not use the amenities in the development because we enjoy full days on the beach, but the neighborhood itself is perfect with anything you could ask for. Wish we would’ve looked at the concert schedule in advance as we would’ve definitely gone to the Lee Bryce country concert ! I was told of the venue, but had no idea it was so big with big-time artist and musicians. Everything about the stay was wonderful and it was the perfect set up for our group. The loft upstairs with the bedroom and family room was in fantastic spot, or the teenage kids to hang out and feel like they hadn’t their own separate living area. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and extra blankets in case you need them for the pullout sofa or daybed. The only two very minor things that come to mind would be possibly considering a larger toaster that would toast four items at a time, and a couple bicycles in the garage would definitely be put to use!!! It is such a cute neighborhood. Anybody would hop on a bike and check it out. we did make it to both restaurants on the property and both the food and drinks were wonderful and the view of the bay from 38° was amazing! Although large community everyone seemed extremely welcoming and took a minute to say hello whether you were walking or driving down the street. We did have a chance to meet your next-door neighbors Who were also very nice and seem to be great neighbors. we hope we left no footprint behind. The check-in and checkout process was extremely easy and everything was communicated perfectly. We hope to return to the property and look forward to our next vacation.

Nice quiet location in The Commons section of Bayside. Walkable to The Commons pool with bar and snacks. Extra parking on the next street over since only two cars can realistically fit in the driveway. Great layout to accommodate 7 adults and two children. Nicely furnished and decorated with a screened in porch.
