This was a quick weekend trip for my brothers graduation, and of course to universal. The house was very close to all the necessities and was very cozy. The host was very kind and responsive. Also, super pet friendly. Our pup Luna absolutely adored the back yard!

Let me start by saying the host is very responsive and friendly. The check in process was simple. However, this house needs some TLC. The vinyl floors are awful. Bubbling up everywhere. There’s a broken ceramic tile in between the kitchen and living room that causes some issues too. Lots of trips and falls. If you’re wobbly on your feet, best to go elsewhere until this is resolved. The couches are very old and not very functional. The decor is cute and the house is spacious for what it is. Fenced in yard is great. The sheets had some questionable and what appeared to be “love” stains left over from the previous guest. Brown splatter on the kitchen wall. Various left over products from the previous guest as well (comb & hairbrush) in the shower. The house smelt clean right off the bat, but the skeletons came out the longer we stayed. Overall, I would recommend the host, but this property in particular needs some TLC and a more thorough cleaner.

We love Winter Park, and this charming farmhouse style cottage allowed us to explore town at a very affordable price. (Winter Park hotels are super pricey, but the village itself is a fun, elegant place to visit, with park-like grounds, stores, restaurants, 2 museums, a gorgeous lake.) T The house was roomier than we realized-- three full bedrooms, a nice sized kitchen (with free snacks and cold filtered water waiting for us-- thank you!) and a big fenced yard.. Owner was incredibly on top of things, and immediately responsive and friendly. Access into the house is safe but super-easy. Our bed was comfy, there was a large tv in the master bedroom with free Netflix etc. House has a charming low-ceilinged, farmhouse vibe. A few small touches would put things over the top-- nicer lamps and a bit of color in the living room since it's the first thing you see. But there's a roomy farmhouse table to eat at or work on, plenty of room in the house to spread out for privacy. I think it would be truly ideal for a family looking for a place close both to Orlando and Winter Park. Maybe 15 minutes to WP, and 20-30 to Orlando. We would happily stay again!

Classic old Florida home, which shows it age in some areas. House was clean and well appointed-we had everything we needed. Great backyard for our dog, Piper, to enjoy. Close to Full Sail University which made it easy to attend our son’s graduation ceremony. Host was excellent and a great communicator.

Our stay in this cozy, clean and comfortable home was delightful! We loved the helpful notes from the owner! The kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the living room were decorated and charming. Having a dishwasher and laundry machines was convenient. We would highly recommend this home to all!

The cleanliness needs an explanation. The cleaners did not show up, however the owner immediately contacted me and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Having a great response when things don’t go as expected was much appreciated. The property was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals. So relaxing to have our morning coffee in the backyard and it was a great space for our dog. We took morning and evening walks in the charming, safe neighborhood. Close to downtown shops, restaurants and Saturday farmers market. Very nice list of places to check out was provided which led us to the Botanical Gardens. We would definitely stay here again. Great host and accommodations!!

This lovely bungalow home had everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and comfortable . When we first pulled up to the home, we were a bit concerned because front porch and entry could use a little work, but upon entering, we were quickly at ease. The host was just wonderful to work with from booking to exiting. Answered all questions quickly. She was friendly and conscientious. Lively stay.

Check in process was smooth and location was convenient. Unfortunately the house was not as clean as we would expect considering the cleaning fee. The home seemed a bit more run down than the photos portrayed. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head at night this is good enough, but do not expect anything more. We tried to resolve this privately but it was not successful.

We were in town for a wedding at Rollins College and the location could not have been better. We were minutes away from the college and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. While the house had the quaintness of a cottage, there was more than enough space to spread out. Cleanliness is a major concern and clean it was! The furnishings were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. This cute cottage was perfect for us!

The place was fine except there was NO shampoo and NO body wash in either bathroom. We did not realize this until we took morning showers. They were WATER showers only. Very disappointed! The floor in the shared bathroom was grimy. Other than that, we were fine with the place. Thank you.

Hurricane wind damage on property, small trees growing out of gutters. Unusually low ceilings. Mildew smell. Didn’t feel that we could stay here safely ( health wise). Had booked it for 2 months. We were refunded without issue.

Just got home from a month\'s stay at the property with my husband and dogs. This was a perfect place to escape. It is an older home but has been refurbished. Some of the furniture is older but still comfy. A large, fenced yard was great for our 2 energetic fur babies. My husband was working the whole time and he had no problems with the internet speed or quality. I\'m a passionate cook and everything I needed was there. The neighborhood is older. That said some homes are well maintained while others aren\'t. To me its eclectic and charming. Especially loved the two "little free library\'s" in the neighborhood. If you are looking for a Dell Webb style neighborhood, this isn\'t it. Walking distance to post office, bank/ATM and several restaurants. Less than a 5 minutes\' drive you have an Aldi, Walmart, Petco and a gas station. Being in central Florida it was a 1.25 hour drive to Flagler Beach/Daytona and 2.5 to Sarasoda area. 30 minutes to Disney stuff. Downtown Winter Park is fabulous. Historical Park Avenue has loads of high-end shopping and restaurants plus several wonderful attractions including the Morse Museum (do not miss this) and a boat tour. All very reasonably priced. Overall this was a true bargain in price. We enjoyed ourselves completely and would definately stay again if we come back to this area.
Just got home from a month\'s stay at the property with my husband and dogs. This was a perfect place to escape. It is an older home but has been refurbished. Some of the furniture is older but still comfy. A large, fenced yard was great for our 2 energetic fur babies. My husband was working the whole time and he had no problems with the internet speed or quality. I\'m a passionate cook and everything I needed was there. The neighborhood is older. That said some homes are well maintained while others aren\'t. To me its eclectic and charming. Especially loved the two "little free library\'s" in the neighborhood. If you are looking for a Dell Webb style neighborhood, this isn\'t it. Walking distance to post office, bank/ATM and several restaurants. Less than a 5 minutes\' drive you have an Aldi, Walmart, Petco and a gas station. Being in central Florida it was a 1.25 hour drive to Flagler Beach/Daytona and 2.5 to Sarasoda area. 30 minutes to Disney stuff. Downtown Winter Park is fabulous. Historical Park Avenue has loads of high-end shopping and restaurants plus several wonderful attractions including the Morse Museum (do not miss this) and a boat tour. All very reasonably priced. Overall this was a true bargain in price. We enjoyed ourselves completely and would definately stay again if we come back to this area.

Second time staying at this property and it was as good as the first. Great property and communication from the owner. Nice, quiet street with easy access to Winter Park and other areas of town. Easy checkin and checkout process.

Let me start by saying the host is very responsive and friendly. The check in process was simple. However, this house needs some TLC. The vinyl floors are awful. Bubbling up everywhere. There’s a broken ceramic tile in between the kitchen and living room that causes some issues too. Lots of trips and falls. If you’re wobbly on your feet, best to go elsewhere until this is resolved. The couches are very old and not very functional. The decor is cute and the house is spacious for what it is. Fenced in yard is great. The sheets had some questionable and what appeared to be “love” stains left over from the previous guest. Brown splatter on the kitchen wall. Various left over products from the previous guest as well (comb & hairbrush) in the shower. The house smelt clean right off the bat, but the skeletons came out the longer we stayed. Overall, I would recommend the host, but this property in particular needs some TLC and a more thorough cleaner.

Check in process was smooth and location was convenient. Unfortunately the house was not as clean as we would expect considering the cleaning fee. The home seemed a bit more run down than the photos portrayed. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head at night this is good enough, but do not expect anything more. We tried to resolve this privately but it was not successful.

Our plans changed last minute and we were able to add an additional night to our reservation which was a big save! Upon arrival the door code was not working but Bre'ette was able to let us in remotely and reset the lock. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. I enjoyed walking the dog each day.

The cleanliness needs an explanation. The cleaners did not show up, however the owner immediately contacted me and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Having a great response when things don’t go as expected was much appreciated. The property was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals. So relaxing to have our morning coffee in the backyard and it was a great space for our dog. We took morning and evening walks in the charming, safe neighborhood. Close to downtown shops, restaurants and Saturday farmers market. Very nice list of places to check out was provided which led us to the Botanical Gardens. We would definitely stay here again. Great host and accommodations!!

This lovely bungalow home had everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and comfortable . When we first pulled up to the home, we were a bit concerned because front porch and entry could use a little work, but upon entering, we were quickly at ease. The host was just wonderful to work with from booking to exiting. Answered all questions quickly. She was friendly and conscientious. Lively stay.

This was a quick weekend trip for my brothers graduation, and of course to universal. The house was very close to all the necessities and was very cozy. The host was very kind and responsive. Also, super pet friendly. Our pup Luna absolutely adored the back yard!

The house was great for what we needed. It’s close to restaurants and about 15 min from UCF. It is an older home but it is well kept and decorated nicely. We had a great stay and recommend it. The host was excellent at communication.

The picture of the front is COMPLETELY not what you get! We passed by and I thought NO WAY is that the place! plants growing out of the gutters, dirt driveway, rotten ramp with a hole in it! I was so embarrassed with my family! I so wish I could post a picture, but doesn’t give me the option! Neighborhood is very sketchy and not a place you feel safe. Listed charming, you have got to be kidding me! So misleading, we were duped!

We were in town for a wedding at Rollins College and the location could not have been better. We were minutes away from the college and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. While the house had the quaintness of a cottage, there was more than enough space to spread out. Cleanliness is a major concern and clean it was! The furnishings were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. This cute cottage was perfect for us!

Nice place, wish there was a place to work, but i suppose most people rent it for vacation. I had to work a couple of days from the house and there isn't a very good place for it. otherwise the house was great!

Overall, this rental could have been a nice stay, but unfortunately I did not feel safe enough to remain there. The front door did not seem secure and looked like it may have been previously damaged, and the alarm system was not working. Because of this, I chose not to stay for either of the two nights I had booked.The host was kind and responsive, which I appreciated. However, I would strongly recommend addressing the security concerns for future guests.Additionally, the listing photos were somewhat misleading. The space appeared much brighter and more beachy online, but in person it was darker with different furniture than shown. Updating the photos to reflect the current condition would help set more accurate expectations.With a few important improvements, this could be a much better experience.
