As soon as you walk into the room, you have a damp smell with an older hotel that shows the carpet is not cleaned and has not been replaced in a while. In the bathroom, the toilet towards the floor, the bottom of the toilet, look like they were in stained on it so when it was cleaned, only the top part of it was cleaned. There was a hole in the wall towards the bed, but the refrigerator worked great! I actually forgot to pack my body wash and asked the front desk for extra and they gave me shampoo?! I will not be returning.

The room was not what I was expecting. We got the family suite to find that the bunk beds were old, the mattress were worn out and the beds squeaked every time someone breathed. The shower had hair stuck to the walls when we arrived, and the toilet had plumbing issues. We asked for cleaning and the hair was still there, and some used towels were left behind. The front desk suggested another room to change but it was smaller (one bed and a sofa bed) and it was too hot in there. The breakfast was poor and no selection, the ladies were rude while they were cleaning. One employee offered a discount while another told us we already got a good price, asked for manager but he was not available and was going to call, two weeks later and have not received any response. Will not stay again.
