Surprisingly nice pool area. Pool large enough to swim laps. Just make sure to wear something on feet as the pool deck get very hot

Comfortable room, cozy, clean, remodeled since I last stayed. Great pool, relaxing. Only issue is shady characters roaming around the grounds, but security seems to always be around, which is good, and I did see metro patrolling quite a bit.

Maid service was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Should offer a microwave and mini fridge. Was too much traffic from people not staying on the property every time I would come back to the room or leaving the room cars parked with people just sitting in them for hours. And always homeless and others hanging around by the lobby and in the corridors

This is a cheap no frills hotel near the strip. Expedia sites states there is a continental breakfast, but that is not true. They have coffee in the morning. The cleaning staff does work hard to keep the rooms and area clean. We had a dog, but the area for dogs is nasty. Too many people not cleaning up after their dogs. This was not a grassy area but gravel. The landscape and pool area was very nice. Enjoyed it immensely. There are no refrigerators or microwaves available for guest usages. The rooms are basic with no extra conveniences. In the area where we were located, there was a lot of night activities. I think this hotel accommodates many of the working individuals in the area. Security was great and even checked on us one evening because our door was not closed all the way. We always felt safe. Due to cost and the allowance of our dog. We would stay there again. If I didn’t have a dog, I would probably select a different hotel with at least a refrigerator in the room.

Don't believe that these are like any other sweet six you will stand across the country. No microwave no mini fridge. Basically a folding chair. Only two pillows. There was one towel in the room when I arrived.

Other M6’s have a hair dryer even in standard room, this location does not provide. During hot summer months it would be nice to have 2 wash cloths per day for showers The biggest disappointment is Motel 6 has implemented a rule that if you have a pet, you do not get a bedspread for your bed. My dog weighs 6 pds, has always been passive and is 16 yrs old. I provide pads in case of accident. Other than that, he does no damage to room or bed. I have been staying at M6’s for several yrs, this is the first time I have had no bedspread because of a tiny pet. Staff in front office is always great and helpful.

In this property was no wifi, no hair dryer but the room description stated that there was it. The mattress was sliding on the bed frame. Motel is very big and have many various equipment in rooms. Check inn og check out was very easy and does not take many time.

We stayed 4 nights in two rooms very close to the reception and rental car parked on the premises. Our experience was positive compared to expectations, incl:l. - friendly front desk at all times - clean pool - good cleaning when needed - comfortable beds, bathroom and A/C - 5min walk from MGM grand and onwards to the strip Unfortunately the "hotel concept" was changed so no breakfast available despite booked and paid for. Apparently a known issue but we were not informed by hotels.com until missing it the first morning and now expecting to get re-imbursement from hotels.com.

No fridge, no safe. Everything else is good. Good price

Not luxurious, but the bed was good, the room was clean, fresh towels every day and a perfectly working AC.

The room was appalling. It looked as if it had dreamt of cleanliness from birth. A peasant in Revolutionary France would have been cleaner. The floors looked to have endured decades of use without once having felt the loving touch of a mop. Though not for lack of lovers. The bed sheets appeared to have romanticised the idea of an abusive relationship, evidenced by the cigarette burns riddling their visage. I'm quite confident that the toilet was used by a mafioso to beat the head in of some poor victim, as there was a strange red stain just beneath it. Even for Vegas, this was ridiculous.

Check in was very slow. Mattress is too soft with no edge support. Neighbors were loud after 10 pm. Finding hair in the shower and on shower curtain makes me question cleanliness. I won't stay here again.

Obviously a place of prostitution. Pimps hanging out with prostitutes. Very unsavory characters. The place was filthy, smelled of cigarettes. There were bugs on the floors (we had 2 rooms) cigarette burns on the sheets! Non-smoking, RIGHT! No water pressure.

I had problems with check in but the male checking me in was nice and accommodating. Unfortunately I saw cockroaches during the first night I stayed. I left to go to another hotel for the rest of the nights I was there. As I was checking out another guest was at the front desk moving rooms because of bugs too. Flooring inside the room could be updated by the way.

photos of the double bed rooms are deceiving! Very cramped quarters, bathroom sink drain defective, poor drainage! Vinyl floors dirty! Very uncomfortable stay!

The room I was given was not as advertised. For example, the room I paid for was a “Non-Smoking room” however, I found cigarette burn holes on my comforter. Next, were the sheets and the mattress, both equally covered in dark yellow stains and looked like they hadn't been washed in a while. Last, was the bathroom where there were dead bugs covering the floor to the point you couldn't reach the shower without stepping on one. Front desk service was decent and did not argue when I asked for a refund for my room that I did not stay in.

Bed was on a wooden flat platform and kept sliding off. Although close to MGM, multiple men staying at the hotel just hanging outside their rooms smoking cigarettes or pot making it feel unsafe. No shampoo in one of the 2 rooms. Very loud plane noise as basically across the street from the airport. Kept hearing people in room above us walking around

If you are traveling through vegas and just need a place to lay your head for the night, its fine. Anything beyond that I would consider else where. The buttons on the AC unit were all broken off so the room was sweltering in 100 degree heat. once I figured out the combo of broken buttons to push, after about an hour it was comfortable but house keeping turned it off when cleaning and I came back to a sauna. Since all i did was sleep and shower there, it was fine. If I needed to spend any more time there I would have found other accomodations. The staff were all VERY nice. Only other thing was wifi was advertised but none was available. Wouldnt have been that big of an issue but apparently the walls are made like faraday cages..ZERO cell service in the room. I dont know what year the photos were from, but my room looked like a 1992 version of whats in the photograph. I was suprised however, how quiet it was and how there were no shenannigans given its proximity to the strip, etc.

Rooms seem out of date. Shower is ridiculously small, feels like you're standing in a bathroom stall trying to shower. Mattress slides off the frame when you're trying to get in bed.

Rooms are a bit rundown, but the AC worked when it was 100+ degrees. Easy walk to the Strip and my event at the stadium- 2 travel shampoos instead of 4 bars of soap would be nice. The cleaning product they use has a very unpleasant order-It's nice that cleaning products are being used, so I can't complain too much. Lastly, the shower tube is a bit claustrophobic

Parking at the Studio Six is SO EASY! Might be the only place in Las Vegas with easy parking! Our air conditioner was ok, but not great. Thankfully, we had a fan with us. We stayed three nights here. One night at the beginning of our trip and two nights at the end. We were kind of amused at the huge bathroom! So much space! A shelving unit, a large sink, lots of walking around space, a toilet with the fast handle, and then the tiny little shower. And even though it was tiny, it was great! Very secure grab bars, nice water pressure. We kept asking ourselves why such a large bathroom and then such a cramped bedroom? The bedroom had two full sized beds in it. They were wall to wall with very little space separating them. There was a small table. The TV is in a very nice space attached to the wall. The hotel complex is VERY large! So it was quiet and not crowded at all. We were so thankful to be there because we could easily park our car--no parking deck, no pay boxes, no parallel parking--and we could walk to Denny's right next door. We ate all of our meals at Denny's because we did NOT want to drive in Las Vegas. If you are like us and only using Vegas as your place to fly to, this hotel is FANTASTIC! Easy parking, walkable amenities (restaurant, market). If you have come to Vegas for the fancy places, look elsewhere. This is not that, but it was EXACTLY what we needed!!!

This is a barebones motel. No microwave on property. No hot water from the sink or shower. Be careful when you sit on the bed, the mattress slides right off the wood platform. Good location with Dennys nearby for food. Not worth the $110 since I was there from 10am-10am and couldn’t even enjoy a shower.

Front desk excellent service. The women cleaning rooms quite friendly. However, on the bottom floor, the ceiling was like a drum head. horrible noisy.

Affordable and close to mgm grand. Room was nice and clean for what you are paying your getting your moneys worth. The only negative was the saturday check in wait. There was a line line of people going out the door and it took over an hour waiting to check in. But staff eas nice.

When me and my guest checked in at the lobby at 12:30, they said no rooms were available and everything was fully booked. we asked if we can check in early as almost most hotels in Las Vegas would allow an early check in. They stated the maids did not report what rooms were cleaned which was B.S. we waited until 3PM and magically there was rooms available. Don't come to motel 6 if you're in a hurry. It will be the last time I will book here. p.s I checked in early and paid, showed my id they still wanted me to show my ID again by 3PM check in to get my key card. Waste of time!

One of the best motels I have ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They checked in on us during our stay and were happy to help. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in away from home. We traveled from Sacramento and one night in that bed made my back feel brand new. Very close to everything, the strip, the stadium, food, and regular stores which makes it very budget friendly. It was the perfect spot. A literal oasis in the middle of the desert. Huge thank you to the staff.

Pros: Staff was awesome, really appreciated Sierra in particular. So kind and accommodating. And comfortable beds, acceptable cleanliness inside the room, A/C worked great. Cons: The property is run down and shady people camping out everywhere. The non-smoking rooms are mixed with smoking rooms, so smoke from neighbors is unavoidable. And unfortunately our neighbors above us, were so loud all night long, like literally moving furniture around all night, banging walls, dropping what sounded like dumbbells on the floor and there was arguing next door, dogs barking and babies crying on the regular, so it’s a very loud experience. We didn’t get much rest once inside the room. Could care less about daytime noise, have at it, but during the night, we needed quiet and rest. But it could have been a thousand times worse, and we were in the city that never sleeps, so what did we expect? I do believe it was a good experience to know better for future motel choices while in Vegas.

The staff are rude not very helpful. I asked for extra pillow and towels they didn’t give it to us. I booked for a non smoking room. But our room smells marijuana. But they don’t replace our room. No blower, no refrigerator.

Was put in a non- smoking room, and room smelled like smoke very strong smell. Then staff kindly moved us to other room and was cleaner.

Fro t desk person, mamed Kessica was very rude and curt Overtalked and disrespectful. Lots of drug traffic all jours of the night. No cameras facing doors dor outside security.

Nice motel near local shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Good location. But, There was an unsafe environment around the hotel. Many homeless people were sitting and spending the night at the entrance to the hotel, by the front desk, demanding money from me, and no hotel staff did anything to remove them. It seems to be a frequent gathering spot for these types of people, since they were always there during my entire stay. Because of this, I had to find another way out to avoid passing by where they were with my family. Also, during the night in the room above mine, the guests played loud music and wouldn't stop walking or dancing until midnight. I went to complain to the reception, but the situation didn't improve. I definitely won't return to that place.

The property was located roughly a block from the Strip, which was awesome! Also, the room was very clean but even though it was non smoking, it still smelled like smoke. Additionally, there were many homeless personnel around the property that at times made us feel unsafe. Check in was ok but could have been faster. Overall, it was an average hotel that gave us the opportunity to rest and recharge.

It's a good property if you're around in Vegas for a night or two. Very affordable, near to the airport and has good parking spots. The property is towards the end of the strip away from the chaos and quiet, but most of the locations are at a walkable distance. Convenience store and gas stations are also nearby.

I didn’t drive so this was the perfect location for a cheap Vegas trip. Right off the strip and across from MGM was great. Room smelled like cigarettes but couldn’t beat it for the price.

Hotel was very clean itself. The surrounding vacant properties though seemed to draw unsavory characters that loitered and seemed sketchy. Not fault of the hotel but walking late night in the area was uneasy.

This was a good option for the price. We had a stop over in Las Vegas to watch a Cirque du Soleil show and the Motel was walking distance from the MGM where the show was taking place. The Motel is also close to the Strip, has some dining and shopping options close by. It's also very close to the airport. The rooms were decent (though a bit dated) and clean. The staff were accomodating to a few requests we made. Good choice for budget travelers.

I made reservation because they serve inclued breakfast but when I paid money and I ask them about breakfast but they said no breakfast(not included)If theres no breakfast I would not make reservation.I got fool by advertisement by hotel.com, that's why I want my money back.

The worse stay I have ever. Terrible. I do not recommend people to stay here. I would give no star if I had that option in rating. Rooms and amenities shown in the website do not match. When complained they say it was remodeled. They charged for the breakfast during the booking but in reality they did not provide that. We feel really scammed.
