Pool was not Operational, Elevator was down, One ice machine for the entire facility. Room was nice, Breakfast was basic but was good Staff was nice.

Great place for the price. Elevator broken, get a lower floor. Really great and unexpectedly full breakfast. Most hotels in this area add a resort/ property fee. This one is $9 a night. Pool closed. But, I will return.

None of the problems were disclosed when booking. Only elevator not working and room on 3rd floor. Pool out of order so no swimming. Room was very humid the entire trip (towels damp and anything in the room got moist.

This was a very no frills hotel - you get what you pay for. The elevator was out of order. The coffee machine didn't work. The breakfast area (although breakfast was tasty)was way too small to accommodate all the hotel guests. And they advertise Disney shuttles, but it is exactly one time per day to only 2 of the parks. Weird. The oddest thing, though, was the toiletries - 3 containers of conditioning shampoo and one small ...really small...bar of soap for showering and washing hands. Silly but kind of a weird inconvenience.

Average hotel. Huge potholes in lot and around back of building. Very limited seating for b-fast area. One guest computer inoperable during our stay. Helicopter ride business next door. Killed a roach in bathroom. One ice machine >50 yards away on 2nd floor. Remodeled but still average.

Property and room were basic. But it was clean and it was ok for 2 nights. The pool wasn't opened so that was a bummer. There were lots of restaurants and stores near by. If i was in the area again just for a night or two, I'd stay here again.

The elevators were broken, the pool was broken, we could not get a late checkout, the hairdryer had hair in it, the outside was very run down but the rooms were nice and large and the bed was comfortable. The tv is just basic channels.

Beds were rwal comfy, so that's a plus. Water doesn't drain in shower. Pool was closed but didn't state that on website. Charged a resort night, but it's not a resort and has no amenities.

The place was okay. The pool wasn’t in use which was disappointing. Wish they would have said something when I booked. Otherwise it was a decent place. Great location and close to a lot of stuff.

At our arrival to our room, the bathroom was dirty. There was hair, soap and toothpaste on the tub and sink. The bathroom curtain was dirty. On the side of the toilet paper were dots of blood. Which were also on the wall and floor where the toilet paper roll was located. The toilet paper was not new, there was less than a half a roll left. When we reported this to the front desk, they only cleaned the tub and sink. They took the shower curtain but couldn’t give us a new one that day, we took a shower and the floor would get wet even with the extra towels. Some of the towels had blood stains. When they did housekeeping, they only changed the bedsheets, towels and emptied the trash bins. Never cleaned the tub, toilet, sink, or even cleaned the floor, we would walk barefoot and ended with the sole of our feet black from the dirty floor. When they changed the bedsheets, the comforter had a lot of red stains on it, like dried blood. The bathroom extractor would leak at night on the toilet and we would wake up with the bathroom floor wet. The drain on the tub would clog constantly. At certain hours the air conditioner would start a loud noise and I had to use earbuds to sleep. When I asked for coffee on the front desk, they told me the machine was not working. Our ice cream got ruined because the mini fridge, specially the freezer part was not cold enough. The staff was nice but most common response for our needs were “We don’t have personnel at the moment.” or “It’s not working.”

The room was dirty. The floors and bathroom needed to be cleaned.

Everything was really good except that when I was going to shower I found a towel among the unused and supposedly clean ones full of excrement, I immediately went to where there was a housekeeping, I informed her of the situation and she very embarrassed changed the towel for me, I dared to take a picture of this but I am very embarrassed and I consider it disrespectful to upload this photo, I would think carefully before staying there again, all the staff was very good.

The outside hallways are always wet and dirty.

The room was in excellent condition. The word "clean" truly comes to mind. The value for money is unbeatable. This is my second stay, and it's truly surpassed my first. They've improved their quality significantly.

Very convenient and clean.

Everything was fine until we came home from a long day at Disney to the room smelling like marijuana. It was ridiculously strong. Our room neighbors (there were 2 thin locked doors between the rooms) had different sleeping habits then we do so they were up late each night watching TV and I know no one can change how thin the walls are, nor habits of other guests but the walls are for sure very thin and it felt like we were having a sleepover with people we didn’t choose. You could hear all their conversations clearly and when they watched TV I thought one of my kids was watching it on their phone but it was their TV. So it was noticeable is what I’m trying to get at. I had read the reviews prior to booking and other people had commented about the thinness of the walls, but I just thought for sure it can’t be that bad. So if you are a light sleeper or that bothers you, definitely take that into consideration. We came for Disney and it was just hard to get our sleep we needed for the days ahead. But the beds were clean and they were comfortable, so that is a huge plus! They also offer a free breakfast in the morning and it was good. It was exactly what you would expect. I do wish that the floors were much cleaner. When we came into the room and unpacked and took off her shoes, we then headed to take our showers for the night so we could settle in and when we got into the shower, our feet was already dirty. I loved the room, everything was new and very well maintained but it could be more clean (the floors for example). Other than that, everything was great!

The property looks nothing like the pictures. This a motel type property very deceiving from what is presented. There was fine dust around the room like when a renovation takes place. Outlets and wiring did not look safe as they were sticking out I of the wall. Terrible smell came on through the vents. Only 1 small chair in the room so no where to sit. The room felt dirty as if construction was just completed and room was put together without properly cleaning. Overall I didn’t feel this was a safe place to stay.

Overall room was nice. Few stains on comforter and found 2 roaches. Not enough amenities to charge resort fee. Deposit can take up to 5 days to return back to your account as well after check out.

So firstly I have to say this hotel is very clean. The room looked newly redone and redone nicely. The beds, floor, bathroom and the furniture were clean. No problem there. The hotel looked almost fully booked based on all the cars and I never felt unsafe. The problems that the property does have though are enough to make me question staying here again. Firstly, there are BIG gaps at the bottom of the door. Anything could sneak in. Secondly, no curtains, just a blind and a sunscreen. The bathroom fan is very loud. There was only one small metal chair in the room. Because of the gaps in the door you could hear almost all the noise from outside: the people walking by, the cars, any noise from the people next to us. And maybe just me, but the blankets on the beds were the loudest blankets. Anytime one of us moved the blanket would crinkle, yes crinkle.

The stay was good overall it was very packed. The room was great, bed very comfy , nice big tv to watch....My only complaint was the people (foreigners)outside screaming at 7am then there kids screaming back at them woke us up and they woukd stop even when asked politely.

They did a nice job updating this older hotel. The mattress was comfortable and the room had what we needed. It was loud though because sound travels easily and there was a slight gap in our door jamb, and we were by the stairs. Warm breakfast options was nice

Was pleasently surprised large comfortable room, bed was extremely cozy good quality mattress. Breakfast buffet was pretty good alittle crowded at times. Hotel front desk and staff very friendly and professional, will be back.

I was excited to see how clean and fresh the room was. The beds were super comfortable with a down comforter and 4 pillows per bed.

Everything was great! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the rooms were sooo muggy at night it was so hard to sleep even with the AC on. I’m not sure if that’s just a Florida thing. Also the room is never completely dark at night it looks like it’s still 6pm all night due to the street lights.

Space was fairly updated and quiet.

Simple. Easy overnight stay. Clean room. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way.

I dont received yet my 100 refundable deposit

My security deposit have not been returned to my card 2 weeks after I checked out. I’m being given the run around every time I call, I’ll just file a complaint with the states attorney general office. Be mindful of the their policy as far as your security deposit they will tell you at check in that it will be returned to you in 1-3 business days or no later than 5 but here I am 16 days days after check out and not deposit.

DO NOT PAY UP FRONT WITH THIS HOTEL First off, the staff were friendly and did everything they could for us. Our problem was our room smelled like mildew. BAD. Triggering Wife's and Daughter asthma. Staff accommodated to moving us to another room which we found there were ants. Tried another room there was ants. They had no other rooms for us to try. So we were forced to leave. Hotel failed to refund us any funds for which we paid up front. Said they would via email back to Expedia. Emails have been ghosted. No Partial refund received.

There is never a more disorganized front desk than this place. Every time I stay here they require something different. I have stayed here for over 6 months off and on for work. Every week. And every week they want something different as far as (ID, no ID, parking pass, no parking pass, signature, no signature, vehicle information, no vehicle information). I don’t understand why the process can’t be streamlined. Also. If you do not speak Spanish you may have a hard time checking in. The check in clerk is nice but speaks very broken English and it’s almost impossible to communicate, and not a single room clean maid speaks a lick of English either. I will not be staying here again.

Staff were terrible at taking notes or doing shift handover. Would'nt allow us to check in for 2.5 hours claiming computer issues and suggested we just go and book another hotel (mine was pre paid) had to call to get hoise keeping multiple times. Office staff were aggressive, rude, and each time i webt to talk to them at their request they had no idea of the previous encounters or notes

Check-in was pleasant enough, the clerk wasn’t super personable. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had and it will keep me from staying here again, a random charge appeared on my card at 3:03am the night of my stay. When I brought it to the clerk’s attention the following morning, her intersection definitely led me to believe she knew it was a dishonorable action and/or who did it. Her tone when she said, “I’m going to screenshot this and send it to my manager,” also led me to believe that this might have happened before. She did immediately refund the charge. But the whole thing made me very uneasy and I do hope the clerk working who did this was reprimanded.

During the check-in process, the employee was not very welcoming. Although the hotel is not large, she didn't take the time to explain the amenities, such as the ice machine, elevators, convenience store, etc. I should note that she was neither unprofessional nor rude during the check-in process. Additionally, I was disappointed that the pool was under "maintenance" during my stay, especially since there were no visible repairs or cleaning being done. Lastly, the breakfast process was chaotic and messy. While some of this was due to guests not following proper etiquette, the concierge didn’t manage the situation or enforce order. There should be clearer limits set for guests during breakfast.

This is my second stay the first very good but second one horrible front desk rude lady Housekeeping don’t clean my room in my stay don’t have toilet paper available for 2 days and travel with kids have to go to Walgreens to buy paper I’m handicap person I make a request online they give me a 3er floor I don’t stay again idont recommend

It’s right next to the helicopter rides so it’s not exactly quiet, but it isn’t bad after 9 o’clock. I feel like it could use some updates, but it was a good place for the money we had.Spent it is convenient enough to walk to a few different restaurants and a 7-Eleven

It was functional for my purposes of my trip. I would’ve liked to know that there was a city helicopter ride company next door to the property and that the pool was closed before booking the hotel.

The surrounding area was quiet & the property offers a large parking space. It’s convenient & very close to Disney etc. Would def recommend.

Not so sure, the area felt generally convenient and easily accessible to the major attractions in town.

It was ok. We only needed it for one night and it did the job. Not close to Universal Studios though.

Renovated property- Rooms are spotless. Breakfast is neat and great quality Close to Disney Springs. AFFODABLE RATES! Very recommended!

Comfortable, clean, and great location

The hotel was nice. When we first arrived we found a stain on the pillow but the front desk staff were super nice about it and gave us a new one. There really isn’t a proper entrance to the hotel, it’s hidden behind a plaza. It’s close to Old town and Disney. If you’re going to universal or Orlando it’s a bit far . The walls are a bit thin so we heard people talking outside

Difficult to find, signs are small and at the end it is a Developer Inn. Typical american motel with external doors. Reception is very small, breakfast room smaller, basic food but kept warm and of good quality. The rooms are very basic, but clean and comfortable. Location is on a main road, but far away from the Orlando attractions. Overall motel with basic service, no laundry, no gym.

Hotel near attractions & Parks. Good value for the money

The breakfast was poorly stocked. The eating is small and the food line can get backed up with people waiting for their waffles to cook. The air conditioner was very loud all night. The rooms were good and the staff was friendly. Good for short stays since it’s close to most of the big Orlando attractions.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in 2023 and enjoyed it enough to return for another week in 2024. The beds are great, the rooms are always clean, and the hot breakfast is a nice perk. During my first stay, the breakfast was excellent, but on my most recent visit, they frequently ran out of items and didn't seem to care much about restocking. If you're flexible with breakfast options, you'll be fine. One thing to note is the helicopter service next door, which operates only during the day. If you plan to sleep during the day, this might not be the best place for you. Despite these minor issues, I still recommend this hotel overall.

The breakfast area is super small

I’d stay there again. Definitely a budget hotel and the building is old, but the owners and managers clearly care about the property and want their guests to be happy. Front desk attendants were friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was clean and updated. Bed was new and comfy. Breakfast above average. AC worked great. The only things I didn’t like were my pillow and the way too small breakfast area. Also, we did not use the offered theme park shuttles. The times were very limited.

Next to a helipad, but not too bad. Great breakfast!

Wonderful breakfast buffet, clean, quiet and comfortable 👌. The only drawback was that there wasn't any shower chair for the handicap/disabled rooms. Other than that Wonderful time spent. Will probably return soon.

Small variety of foods available at breakfast. Coffee was non-existent. Dining area could only accommodate about 15 people, before it felt as if you were sitting nearly on top of another person.

above what I expected, the room was nice, peaceful, CLEAN, The breakfast was hot and ok, a bit small when everybody comes in the room but definitely perfect spot, a really good place to be. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back. It's not perfect but Excellent Place, staff is nice and pleasant
