The hotel has a nice location - the staff are very friendly. But it is not maintained - everything was kind of just neglected. The water by the beach was horrible! Soooo much plastic! And only one little guy to clean up. We were not able to go swimming at all. Then there really is nothing to do in the area - because you are out in the middle of nowhere. The pool only had 16 sun beds for the entire hotel - and only 6(!) mattress! A joke! People were laying on the wood bed! Just buy some more! And EVERY night this woman comes and live perform

Milana is one of these resorts in Vietnam that makes you understand why so few tourists choose to return for a second trip. The pictures are from the resort was new and the price matches the pictures. Today it’s a different story. What greets you is a resort that screams for maintenance. I can understand if staff fail to notice a clogged drain in the shower, but when a whole door is missing from the shower cabinet….? That I cannot understand. Why do you rent out a Bungalow (with sea view) that doesn’t have a working shower? The shower is in the bedroom, so water everywhere is not a good thing. Did they solve it quickly? No. We end up in another bungalow for the night while they promise to fix the shower in the morning. Did they fix it? Not really. After several hours we finally could move back to a halfway working shower. A good tip would be to check if the job is actually done before you tell the customer it’s fixed. I wasted more than half a day on this mess. Milana has plenty of potential with a beautiful beach and the concept it was built with could work if it was maintained. It could have been a perfect place to unwind and relax, but lack of maintenance hits you in the face everywhere you go.

Chambre propre et en bon état. Le personnel est très peu aidant, ne porte que les sacs les plus légers car le reste est trop lourd. Les clients doivent donc se débrouiller seuls. Pas d’explications concernent les règles de l’hôtel et l’accès.
