There was nobody around for check-in. Can’t bring your own drinks to the pool. Had to put down poolside umbrella with the slightest breeze per the attendant. Rooms are nice and clean but small. Overall a pretty nice place. Wouldn’t say I’d be eager to return.

Great location, right by downtown. The hotel has an exit, entrance that leads out to downtown where all the shops and restaurants are. We didn’t realize but this hotel is adults only which was great. No kids in the pool or jacuzzi, such a relaxing time. Our Room was really nice it was on the pool floor, the room comes with a big walk in shower that has a bench. It also come with a jacuzzi tub, which 2 people fit perfect. The pool is nothing fancy around 12 lounge chairs and couple of umbrellas. The pool bar is just a small room with a sliding window where you order drinks and food nothing too special. Pool bar drinks can be consumed by the pool but no outside food or drinks, which sucks if you have your own drinks. The rooms come with a fridge and a kurig coffee maker, the fridge has sodas and water in there that you can drink but are not free, but you can store your drinks in it. Over all great location, nice hotel very relaxing.

Love this gem. Karl was amazing and always so helpful. 24 hour pool and spa. Sauna was open until 11pm. We stayed on NYE. It’s literally right across the street from the casino. Lots of food and shopping right outside your door. Beautiful property

Great location. Reasonable room rates. Close to shops, restaurants and casino. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Jacuzzi was out of order, as was the ice machine, which was disappointing. There weren’t enough lounge chairs at the pool for everyone this trip, so we had to leave our stuff on the side of the pool and sit on the stairs in the water in the pool. The room we had this trip was closer to a main street, and you could hear the traffic outside at times, which wasn’t the case in previous trips at different parts of the hotel. Overall, a solid choice for hotels in downtown Palm Springs.

Very convenient location in the middle of downtown. Staff were always so friendly and willing to help. Loved the lemon water and breakfast bags available. Pool and hot tub were available 24/7 which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place . This is a quaint, sophisticated, adults only hotel nestled in the heart of downtown a Palm Springs. They really treat their guests very well. I went for my birthday and was not disappointed. It’s clean and well kept, beds are comfy, you also have a robe to wear if you want. The pool is fantastic and open 24 hrs a day. They even give each guest a breakfast box with all kinds of goodies. So many special little things that makes your stay extra special. We will be back to visit . Thanks for making my birthday trip memorable.

For as many trips as I’ve made to Palm Springs in the last year plus, I wish I had found this gem sooner! My room was tucked inside the interior hall, so did not open directly to the outside; but those rooms had seating right outside their door and sun shade(think cabana style). My room was gorgeous with a very comfy queen bed, a fireplace (decorative, only), keurig, mini fridge, and more. Two glasses of champagne on the house! Pool and spa open 24 hours, fireplace on the second floor balcony overlooking the pool. Unlimited candy bar!!! I could go on and on, but this place is truly special. The buildings 90 years old, so there are going to be some imperfections. My only gripe is that the WiFi was not working very well, so I used my phone hot spot for my laptop. Also, if you require an elevator, make sure you ask for a first floor room as the property does not have one. Otherwise, highly recommended to anyone and everyone!

Staff is friendly and attentive. Hot tub and pool access is outstanding. Room is comfortable. Sauna is a real plus. Bathrobe was helpful. After noon shift person Karl was particularly helpful .

I wanted to be able to give Andreas 5 stars. It's a well maintained property. The breakfast box is much more than you get at other places. Coffee and candy bars are a great addition, as are stations for water w/lemon. Pool is well heated and the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is central to and despite being just off the street its not noisy. The staff is very friendly bordering on strict. That was our big issue, I get that there are "rules" but they take it to an extreme. The pool was full one day and 2 guests checking in sat down on the "reserved" chaise for rent. It was 3pm so no one was planning to rent it but they were told they could not sit there even to sit their champagne. So they moved to another spot on the wall and were told that blocked a staircase. Not the friendliest welcome. NO WATER BOTTLES AT THE POOL! (ok, we get it but to come take them away from us and make us use plastic instead of our reusable bottles is a waste for the environment). One day a gentlemen tried to move his chair to get some sun. Nope.cant move anything. The staff was friendly but we felt like we were scolded constantly. It is still one of the best properties and we want to come back next year but here's the kicker- I asked to book when we left and were told its not open for booking's yet. Then I asked (since I had used EXPEDIA) if I would get an email or bounceback offer and was told "we dont do that". I guess they are so busy they don't need /want return guests.

What wonderful find! Every staff member was helpful & welcoming. From our registration w/ Nickie, Nubia, Karl & housekeeping! We were given a tour when we arrived, provided info on the property & shown the common areas. The hotel is immaculate. The pool is cleaned every day, all common areas are super clean. They have coffee & a continental breakfast with a box full of breakfasts items. We will return.

Hard to believe this hotel was built in 1935. The staff takes pride in keeping the areas and rooms clean and spotless. All of the extra places to sit outside are so nice the pool is huge and clean. Rooms are so nice comfortable beds . The staff is wonderful all of them especially Niki at the front desk . We will stay here again .

Location was excellent being right in the centre of town. Charming old building originally built in 1935. Maintenance and cleanliness was amazing. Very cute and comfortable rooms. Exudes old world charm will definitely stay there on my next visit to Palm Springs.

Room was very clean and the staff had robes and a hand written welcome note on the bed, called the room about 15min after to check in to make sure everything was in order and we were satisfied with the room. Pool area was well maintained and the staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

The entire staff is more than accommodating. Nicky will greet you with a smile & make sure you're familiar with the hotel. The rooms, pool & premises are very clean. Location is perfect. Many restaurants, lots of shopping & bars. Our new ho to boutique in Palm Springs.

Our room was small but comfortable, and the electric fireplace was a cozy touch. My husband wanted HBO and ESPN, which were not available, in case you care. The pool area is pretty and quiet, and the little poolside bar makes great frozen cocktails. Coffee and a bagged breakfast are provided (also tea, hot chocolate, etc) and the hotel is an easy walk to anything you might want on the main drag.

I booked the junior suite and it was OK… I don’t like the fact that there are no outside windows except a couple that are on the courtyard side, but still very dark. There was construction going on in the building which started early in the morning, so that was little inconvenient… And I was not happy with the bed. Very soft for my liking. But, the staff was great and very helpful and very accommodating…

Great smaller hotel. Well located in downtown Palm Springs. Good amenities. Close to everything. Easy parking. Very friendly staff. I didn’t give this stay 5 stars because the room was very dark and required lamps to be turned on at all times. My previous stay here was in a smaller room, but with much more natural light, which I much prefer. Pool and jacuzzi are small, but well maintained.

I booked the Andreas for a solo weekend stay in early May. I wanted to spot that was easily walkable to downtown, and a short drive from the architectural tour and tram (my main reason for my trip...along with enjoying some desert weather) The hotel is in an absolutely perfect location for shopping, museums, tours, the visitors center & tram, and even the cutest little wine bar (just across the street by the museum) The hotel is easy to find, has convenient parking, and a very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. The room was so cute...really charming and they took time to make it feel super inviting (sound machine playing ocean waves, faux fireplace lit, cozy throw on the bed) and the queen bed was very comfortable. The room itself was the perfect size for one, and the only less than 5 star feature would be that the bathroom was a bit dated...but totally fine for my needs. The pool chairs are padded and comfy- like you would expect for a 5 star hotel. The weekend that I was there it was over 100* outside so I didnt spend a lot of time lounging in the sun but the pool temp was kept at a perfect comfortable (not too cold) temp to be refreshing. One note-I bought a simple blow up floating chair with me, and they do not allow any floaties in the pool...so dont splurge on anything thinking that you will be able to use it...they are strict about that. I loved the architectural tour and the tram, but be prepared to wait in line for the tram- it was about an hour wait

Beautiful accommodations large spacious suite. Well kept and conveniently located in Palm Springs. Very quaint and classy property and excellent service from front desk. It also had a large and luxurious tub in the bathroom with jets. I would definitely stay here again

Well situated very close to the main strip and across the street from the Agua Caliente casino. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Reasonable price. Rooms are generally nice, but some are better situated than others with more or less natural light. Breakfast boxes are provided, but no real healthy options are available. Coffee is also available with multiple condiments. Ice is provided upon request. Overall solid choice for downtown Palm Springs.

For as many trips as I’ve made to Palm Springs in the last year plus, I wish I had found this gem sooner! My room was tucked inside the interior hall, so did not open directly to the outside; but those rooms had seating right outside their door and sun shade(think cabana style). My room was gorgeous with a very comfy queen bed, a fireplace (decorative, only), keurig, mini fridge, and more. Two glasses of champagne on the house! Pool and spa open 24 hours, fireplace on the second floor balcony overlooking the pool. Unlimited candy bar!!! I could go on and on, but this place is truly special. The buildings 90 years old, so there are going to be some imperfections. My only gripe is that the WiFi was not working very well, so I used my phone hot spot for my laptop. Also, if you require an elevator, make sure you ask for a first floor room as the property does not have one. Otherwise, highly recommended to anyone and everyone!

The hotel was very quiet, which was nice - didn't realize it was adults only. The stairs were awful - didn't realize there is no elevator at this hotel - next time will book for first floor only - by the end of the stay, my knees were squawking. The room was nice, but the lighting was bad - even the light over the bathroom mirror was bad. And, the room we had was directly over the sidewalk on the main street - they only have slat blinds, so the light came through the windows very early. It was noisy at night when the bar activities kicked in. But the staff was A

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff was extremely welcoming, personable, helpful & informative. They show you around the beautiful hotel, to your room and give you tips about local tourism. The amenities are plentiful, just to name a few..You are welcomed with robes to wear during your stay(to the pool/spa,) a candy bar with yummy candy and ice cold water always available. Definitely will keep this place for future stays!

The hotel is located in an area that allows you to walk to restaurants and shops. Loved our room which was very clean and nicely decorated. When we arrived the desk clerk showed us around the hotel and made us aware of specials at the spa. We received a boxed breakfast, which was full of delicious items. We will definitely return to this beautiful boutique hotel and spa.

Hospitality at 110% is an understatement! From the welcome at the front desk, the guided tour of amenities on the way to our room and the handwritten note of thanks made us feel like we were visiting friends. The hotel itself was perfectly located within downtown Palm Springs to walk to restaurants and shops easily. We will definitely be back with friends and family!

This property is a boutique hotel with only 25 custom rooms! The best! Will def stay here again. Quiet. HOT hot tub ptl, lovely pool, all sorts of little hind out spots and fireplaces. Lovely.

The property is clean and cozy with great extras like the coffee bar and candy bar. We were greeted by Karl who was super professional, friendly, and helpful and it set the tone for our 3 night stay. The Jr Suite was lovely with nice little touches including a thank card, robes and mints on the bed upon arrival. The music that is played in the pool area creates a welcoming and relaxing vibe. Loved everything about it! Thank you Andreas Hotel staff and setting🌟

The property was in a location with good proximity to the airport and walkable to lots or restaurant and shopping options. Parking was great and the staff was super friendly and professional. The property was also lovely with pool, hot tub, a nice courtyard with lovely plants. What was disappointing was most of the amenities that I chose the hotel for were not available during my one night stay. The spa was closed, the pool bar and food were closed, no nightly happy hour was available. Breakfast was also a plastic bag containing pre-packaged pastries, yogurt, juice, etc. Adequate for sure but not what I was expecting. My room had a lovely big bed, nice linens. Bathroom was pretty outdated, but clean. Keurig coffee maker provided, but had not been cleaned from prior guest. Mini fridge with water and soda available for additional charge.

The Andreas Hotel & Spa was the perfect place for a weekend trip to Palm Springs. The location is within walking distance to all the main attractions in Downtown Palm Springs. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful despite being so close to Downtown. Will definitely be returning !

Great hotel! Loved the pool area, outdoor fireplaces, night-time lighting, and Sinatra music! Many great lunch and diner restaurants less than a half mile from the hotel. Workers were friendly and helpful!

Our room was small but comfortable, and the electric fireplace was a cozy touch. My husband wanted HBO and ESPN, which were not available, in case you care. The pool area is pretty and quiet, and the little poolside bar makes great frozen cocktails. Coffee and a bagged breakfast are provided (also tea, hot chocolate, etc) and the hotel is an easy walk to anything you might want on the main drag.

What a great place! The cons: the bar isnt really a bar but a small snack spot. Also; the showers need an upgrade. Pros: You are a short walking distance to the bars and a very nice restaurant, el patio. Krystal at the front desk was awesome. She was very attentive and we couldnt ask for anyone better.

Such a cute and quaint little place. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Parking was free and easy. No resort fees, no kids, and super friendly staff! Pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. Candy bar in the lobby and little boxed breakfast to go!

Great location, right by downtown. The hotel has an exit, entrance that leads out to downtown where all the shops and restaurants are. We didn’t realize but this hotel is adults only which was great. No kids in the pool or jacuzzi, such a relaxing time. Our Room was really nice it was on the pool floor, the room comes with a big walk in shower that has a bench. It also come with a jacuzzi tub, which 2 people fit perfect. The pool is nothing fancy around 12 lounge chairs and couple of umbrellas. The pool bar is just a small room with a sliding window where you order drinks and food nothing too special. Pool bar drinks can be consumed by the pool but no outside food or drinks, which sucks if you have your own drinks. The rooms come with a fridge and a kurig coffee maker, the fridge has sodas and water in there that you can drink but are not free, but you can store your drinks in it. Over all great location, nice hotel very relaxing.

This was our second stay at the Andreas Hotel, and we absolutely love it! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Downtown, making everything super convenient. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is peaceful, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool! We’ll definitely be coming back again! If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. It’s a sugar bomb! With items like two pastries, sugary yogurt, orange juice, and a granola bar. It would be great to see healthier options that include some protein and healthy fats—or even a small discount for breakfast at one of the excellent nearby spots.

Right in the middle of downtown. This historic hotel is beautiful, with colonial architecture. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the pool was just the rigth size. Service was great and we highly recommend the in-house spa. The only area for improvement is the included "breakfast". Right in the middle of downtown. This historic hotel is beautiful, with colonial architecture. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the pool was just the rigth size. Service was great and we highly recommend the in-house spa. The only area for improvement is the included "breakfast". It is basically a bag with yogurt, a bagel, orange juice, an instant oatmeal packet and a granola bar. The price was very reasonable, so I can't complain. Overall charming hotel.

The property was fine. For the price it could have had a restaurant, a warm continental breakfast, or least better coffee. Instead their breakfast consisted of item located at a gas station.

Just a great all around property. Downtown Palm Springs, right in the center of the fun. Pool and jacuzzi are great and open 24 hours. The bar was closed when we were there, but the front desk staff were able to get champagne, wine, and beers if needed. Room was fantastic as was our all to ourselves front porch which unfortunately didn't get used enough since we were only there for one night. I hope to bring a bunch of friends back here and stay again. Well worth it!

The Andreas Hotel and Spa was an oasis in Palm Springs. The staff were friendly and our room was secluded. This is an adult-only hotel, so our two day stay was quiet and relaxing. When my wife and I swam, we had the pool completely to ourselves. Typically, the pools at hotels in hot Palm Springs are crowded. An added bonus - the hotel is conveniently located, being no more than a five-minute walk to multiple restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again at the Andreas Hotel and Spa. Just be aware that the included breakfast is actually a to-go box. My wife and I went out to breakfast on our 2nd morning.
