It was a good place to stay for one night.

This motel is not at all like the pictures. Not even close. We walked into our room to the very strong smell of cleaning products. The pictures of updated rooms, not sure where those were. The room itself wasn’t clean, there was some kind of liquid sprayed on the wall, not sure what it was. We left our stuff in the room because we had tickets to the Marlins game. We left the game early after we booked a different hotel because we just couldn’t stay the night at this motel. I didn’t feel safe and I know I wouldn’t be able to sleep with chemicals in that room. We got our stuff out as quickly as possible and left. The only refund I was told I would get was the $100 security deposit.

Internet didn’t work there in turn the tv didn’t work. Mini split in room never turned on blew cold air and remote wouldn’t activate it. Told night clerk who didn’t care. Told me it was “out of his control” when I asked “your” stuff is out of your control? He said “I don’t have a magic button” to connect or fix it. Told the morning crew who apologized but no extended explanation or response for my complaint.

Hotel parece aqueles de beira de estrada dos filmes americanos mas gostei da localização que era perto da Ross, Target, CVS e próximo do aeroporto e do porto. Mas não tem nada de luxo e não tem café da manhã incluído. Encontrei uma barata morta no quarto.

I let me water run in the shower for a while - no hot water - couldn't shower. I will never return and tell all my friends the same. AWEFUL place!
