The room was large enough for a family of 5. Kids loved the pool and it was very clean. Breakfast was also enough to fill everyone up for a day of sports.

Breakfast in the morning was great with plenty of options. Our room was on the second floor and the smell of the chlorine from the indoor pool was very strong and nauseating. The property is located real close to the flea market which is huge but by 930 am only about one third of the booths were open

Diane at the front desk greeted us and was very nice. No hot tub but swimming pool was very warm, like a therapy pool at the ymca. Best motel swim I've ever had. Clean and comfortable.

I was very disappointed to find that this hotel charged an exorbitant fee of $75 for my pet. This is three times the norm, and I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had been told. Expedia should publish these fees to disclose the true cost of a stay. Soured my view of Expedia and Comfort Hotels. And, my”suite” had only one TV and a sofa. Not a good experience.

First off, your pet fee is absolutely ridiculous. You have the highest fee at $75. Secondly, your pet area is way too small, dogs need bigger room to sniff and do their business. I would not call your hotel pet friendly by any means. The room itself was plenty big enough, clean, but the tub was a bit too slippery when stepping in so I put a hand towel down to avoid slipping.

I was surprised to find a more than triple pet fee that also increased if I stayed longer than 4 nights. Most other hotels charge ~30 fee per night at a flat rate. Also, this was not published anywhere that I could find prior to my stay, otherwise I would not have stayed.

The hotel's cleaning was not good at all. Bath tubs were scratched up , toilet seat was scratched up. The floor seemed like ut had not been moped since a long time as one sec bare foot would make the feet hell dirty. There was a wierd moldy smell in the room. It is a not a 4 star property at all. They are luring people in by saying they are 4 star. The cleaning and room condition are not like a 4 dtar property what so ever!

DIRTY!! I do not understand the high star reviews. I would never stay here again. This place was horrible. As soon as we opened the room door we immediately regretted our decision to book this hotel. We were hit with a musty, damp, old stale smell. Floors were dirty and coming apart. Lamp shades, curtains covered in filth. The pictures don’t do justice on how dirty this place was. The bath/shower had mold and mildew all around it, I wouldn’t even use it. The furniture was old, worn out and dirty. The door to the bathroom was falling apart from water damage. The bed was so worn out it had a huge divot making it horrible to lay in. Beyond frustrated this place claims to be newly renovated. There was nothing new about it except the paint. Even in the lobby if you look closely at the chairs they are all faded and discolored because they are old. They are definitely doing some major false advertising with the heavily filtered pictures on their website. Do not fall for it like we did.

The staff is great, and you can tell the hotel has been updated at some point. The issues are the elevator smelled like someone had smoked a carton of cigarettes in it, you could feel every single spring in the matress, and there was copious amounts of mold and rust throughout the bathroom.

We enjoyed everything about our room. Comfortable beds, good breakfast provided, clean. Only reason we chose 4 star instead of 5 is they didn’t service our room unless we asked for. Will I stay there again - yes!

I was nervous to stay here after reading reviews about people getting dirty rooms that had mold in them. When we first checked in, it had been raining so much that there was flooding all around. The first room we were put in had a leak in the ceiling with water running down the walls. I notified the front desk and we were immediately put into a different room. They immediately shut down the room with the leak and notified maintenance. The new room we were put in was excellent. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was super attentive to our needs and never seemed bothered by our kids. Breakfast was also EXCELLENT and well worth staying at the hotel for. Our only negative was that housekeeping never stopped in to clean or make beds, and never gave new towels or took out the trash.

In the 90s you could book this level of hotel and no it would be satisfactory much of the time. Now it seems so many of these hotels have been updated, but not “really” updated. I was disappointed to open the refrigerator in our room to place a drink inside for the next day to be met with an order that about knocked me over and mold. The corners seemed neglected all throughout the room. I was just passing through need of somewhere to lay my head to sleep, but I would have been even more disappointed if this was the place I selected to stay for my vacation.

Great Location. Half way between Neyland Stadium and Dollywood, perfect for what we needed on our trip. Hotel was nice, rooms were spacious and clean. Most importantly, the staff was SO NICE and very helpful!

Overall the stay was fine however the bed in the room had a broken frame and the mattress was awful. The center sunk in so my husband and I couldn't get out. It was dilapidated, lumpy, and misshapen.

check in went smoothly. The room upon arrival was damp, and the air conditioner vent was too close to the bed so the air couldn’t circulate in the room very well. It appears that the hotel has attempted to update as much as they could using some of the existing structures. The beds were very uncomfortable because the mattresses have not been updated.

Staff was friendly. There was a slight odor throughout the building and in the rooms--musty/ stale. A few issue with our air in the room but could have been operator error. Overall decent place to stay when traveling with dog.

We had no tv our whole stay. Plus we could not access the smart tv cause the internet was overwelmed. Our air conditioner did not keep the room cool till we put it on 64 degrees.

The employees here were all kind. The premises felt safe, but I’m going to be honest, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. We were only here for a single night, but the smart TV in the room wouldn’t connect to WiFi, and the lock on our door was one good push away from being completely ripped off the door entirely. I probably wouldn’t recommend. I feel like you can spend comparable money on something better.

Overall all everything was nice and as expected. They "upgraded" my reservation from a King Suite to a double bed suite...because they over booked. They didn't attempt to contact me, they didn't alert me at check-in, didn't change my rate because I had prepaid. Stated it was because I went through a 3rd party that they did that. Also stated they didn't have my contact information, yet it was on the check-in paperwork....

This Hotel was very nice, nice in appearance and comfort and very clean. The service we received at the front desk from Diane was top notch and very warm and friendly. One of the nicest stays I’ve had in any hotel.
This Hotel was very nice, nice in appearance and comfort and very clean. The service we received at the front desk from Diane was top notch and very warm and friendly. One of the nicest stays I’ve had in any hotel.

Mike did a great job of checking us in. All downhill after check in. Got in room and refrigerator didn't work, they had to bring us a new one. Air co ditioner blew cold for a few minutes and then warm for a few minutes, which made it rough for someone with asthma. They did offer to take the window out and clean the coils off but they said window would be out for a few hours. It was already warm enough in there didn't want that when it was 90 degrees outside. Didnt get much sleep because it was so warm in the room. Floors was dirty, sink didn't drain. I felt like they didn't care about their patrons, because if they did they never would have rented that room out in the condition it was in. I guess it is all about the money their, as they never once offered to compensate for the conditions we had to stay in or even offer to move us to another room. I didnt think choice hotels family chain would treat their patrons that way. It was 4th of july weekend so maybe they was booked solid and could not move us to a diffrent room which i understand that, but did not even offer anything for the horrible conditions. I even ask for a fan and they couldn't even accommodate that such a joke.

Overall, the hotel, lobby were nice and front desk staff were friendly. Very disappointed in the room security as on our second day we had someone walk in our room that was apparently checked into the same room that we were already checked into. I was given lame excuses by (Front Desk) staff which then made matters much more difficult. I did talk to General manager and she apologized but definitely will not stay here again.

Breakfast in the morning was great with plenty of options. Our room was on the second floor and the smell of the chlorine from the indoor pool was very strong and nauseating. The property is located real close to the flea market which is huge but by 930 am only about one third of the booths were open

This place is great very clean and nice, just off the Interstate so great for traveling. You are close enough to attractions if you want to check out or stay in the area. The new Bucee's is also just across the street so that was great.

First night was great got amazing sleep. Given this was Christmas Day. Next day wasn’t as good. Lots of slamming doors and you can hear all the traffic on the interstate if you take a street view room. Could hear dogs in the hotel rooms whining and barking most of the evening. Hotel was very clean and staff was amazing. Good breakfast. Actually better than bucees

The room was clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was "the usual suspects" but could benefit from some fresh fruit options. The landscaping around the hotel was in need of some tlc. The bed was FANTASTIC! I have had back surgery and hotel beds can be problematic for me. Not this time!!!

Im not one to leave reviews, however..... We visited this property Thursday-Monday on Easter weekend 2024. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were worried about getting breakfast since the hotel was sold out. The breakfast area was the biggest ive seen in my hotel stays. There were always plenty of seats/tables available and the food was kept full. This will be our go to in the future !

This hotel was disgusting. We had to change rooms twice. In our first room, the AC didn’t work. The second room had clearly not been cleaned and there was mud in the bathtub and mold in the toilet. When we turned on the shower to wash out the mud chunks of something came out of the drain and floated around. Our third room which we ended up staying in because we were exhausted, had a leak in the bathtub so there was mold on the floor.

Our stay was so awesome and comfortable. Only issue we had was the handicap shower holder was broke and had to hold the sprayer the whole time while using the shower.

My only complaint was that the pull out sofa mattress was stained pretty bad. We put sheets on it and a blanket and slept in top. Otherwise the stay was great for the one night and I’m sure we will stay there again in the future.
