Room was very clean, staff friendly

We’ve stayed here many times, this was the first time but there was at least an inch & a half long cockroach on the curtains in the room.

We called before booking to see about that seasonal pool being open in March. I was told its open daily, so I booked, just to arrive and the pool be closed. I only booked to room for the pool, so it not being avaliable ruined the stay. Staff said I could speak to the manager the next day, but that was it. They offered nothing to improve our stay. There was also black mold on the ceiling of the room.

Everything was good
