We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were large, beautiful, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and truly went above and beyond— they even loaded and ran the dishwasher, which was a pleasant surprise! The property also had a nice pool and hot tub, great beach access, and a beautiful beach that was perfect for relaxing. The complimentary trolley was incredibly convenient, arriving about every 30 minutes and providing transportation to Whalers Village and other nearby hotels. We also appreciated the complimentary morning refreshments before 9 AM, including drinks, coffee, fresh fruit, and oatmeal, along with the free Aloha Maid fruit juices all day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the little extras that made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

The room was clean, however, the bathroom sinks stopper were broken and not working. They should be fixed. Also the sinks and countertops are dated / old and should be replaced. While we were there, paintings of the outside of the property and railings were going on, we needed to be careful of wet paints.

The room was dirty and the staff refused to clean it when asked. The bed had bugs that were biting me at night. Our room was in terrible condition. Our coffee maker and refrigerator was tucked into the closet with a rollaway bed (that wouldn't have fit in the room anyway and just took up the space we needed for the closet. I had stayed here previously and hadn't had this experience, but it really went downhill over the past 5 years. The location is nice and it has good access to the beach, but so do a million other places. I wouldn't recommend it.

Had a great time staying at Maui Ka'anapali. The room was nice and clean, but it is a small room with TV facing the couch, so no watching TV in bed. We had a nice ocean view and parking was included, with the resort fee.....They do serve coffee and snacks in a lobby area in the morning. No restaurant or gift/snack shop within the hotel. It's a nice beach walk and close to the golf course. The staff are all very pleasant and nice. Good location. They do have a fitness room offsite that's pretty empty but enough equipment.

We had an amazing time! The staff was so warm and welcoming! Our room was perfect and was located next to the smaller pool which made it nice to choose between the two offered at the resort. The restaurant at the resort was amazing and we had the best Ahi tuna and braised ribs. We loved that the location was right on the beach and we could easily go there and back to the pool throughout the day and it was close to all the restaurants that we wanted to try this time that we were in Maui.
