We liked everything,food ,service, room,facilities,restaurants. The only comment is around the beach,it could be much better with a butof effort put into it.I think it needs a beach bar with some san brought in and su beds and umbrellas.

At start dissapointed as during check-in the upgrade VIP perk wasn’t even discussed…. Had there been an upgrade available (online it was had I wanted to book)- I wouldn’t have received it anyways as girl at check in didn’t have the “authority” to upgrade. So not sure why they’re reaping the benefits of the VIP program if they don’t even know what it’s about … Property is clean - animation/entertainment/kids play room and overall Saftey is great. Water park is amazing and all pools outdoor as well! Perfect for all ages. Dissapointing that you have to pay extra for specific gluten free food and not all restaurants were open. And food quality is good although a little redundant after a week. All in all I would return !!!

Gutes Essen (nur bei den Getränken hat Saft gefehlt - es gab nur so eine Flüssigkeit, aus Pulver wahrscheinlich gemischt) und Kaffee im italienischen Bar. Animation team freunlich und coole Shows. Aqua Park Toll. Sauber und gutes Design im Zimmer. Momentan gibt es keinen eigenen Strand (es wird gerade gebaut, wereden grosse Steine wegen dem Ströming gelegt). Sehr laut überall, es gab keinen einzigen Ort an der Anlage, wo es leise wahr und man konnte etwas Ruhe geniessen und lesen. Überall hörte man Musik von beiden Pools. Im Hotel daneben gab es kleiner Strand, steinig, aber man konnte dort etwas Ruhe haben.

Eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern aber auch für Paare ohne Kinder. Man sollte aber keine außergewöhnliche Erwartung an das Essen und Entertainment haben - es ist insgesamt aber gut. Nicht so schön ist der Strand. Immerhin gibt es einen und der Badebereich im Meer ist durch künstliche Barrieren gut geschützt. Aber den Begriff Beach im Hotelnamen fanden wir nicht ganz passend zumal es dort weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme gab. Uns hat die Musik bzw. ständige Beschallung gestört. Man findet keine ruhige Ecke außer unten am Strand, dort aber wie gesagt, ohne Liegen und ohne Sonnenschirm. Auf der schönen grünen Wiese wurde man von 2 Seiten mit unterschiedlicher Musik beschallt. Ist unnötig - zumal viele Gäste auf den Liegen eigene Musik o.ä. mit ihren Handys hören.

Great facilities fab for kids we were located in quiet area which was lovely away from main block saw beautiful sunsets. Did get very busy and near on full capacity meant the main dinner restaurant was very full think maybe they could extend dinner hours to make it less busy but only a minor issue everything else great

Fab hotel with everything you could want. Clean rooms, great food and friendly staff. Only downside was the non existent beach but the sea was amazing and safe to swim in so didn’t put us off.

Lots of fun with 2 pools + waterpark with many slides. The entertainment team was super fun friendly and helpful. A huge variety of free food, drinks and alcohol. The hotel is new and modern. There is a bus station right at the entrance to the hotel to city center. A few things we didn't like: - The food was not tasty at all. - The hotel had no beach (it was under reconstruction) so had to walk 10 minutes in the sun to another beach. - The hotel is far from any shops or city center - had to take a bus or a taxi. - Very difficult to find an available table at the restaurants of the hotel.

Super hôtel en bord de mer ! Les chambres sont récentes et belles. Toit est top ! Les aménagés sont super ! On a trop aimé les piscines et les toboggans ! Le all inclusive est extraordinaire avec des plats délicieux et du choix, excellente adresse. Le personnel est très sympa aussi.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, food is really good for an all inclusive buffet, staff couldn’t be more helpful, rooms were clean and tidy every day. Pools were fantastic, kids pools, adult pools, water park and playground. Would love to go back again. We are a family of 3, two adults and a four year old daughter. Would highly recommend!

A good resort but this isn't a five star all inc. Fully booked when we went with three families but not all the restaurants were open which was disappointing. Beach area undeveloped unlike other properties nearby. Very noisy in the evenings and they charge for whatever they can which pit a dampener on things. Should charge a bit more instead and include everything

Excellent experience for a hotel stay with the kids. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, and supportive. Even in the waterpark, I think my kids may have enjoyed chatting up the lifeguards as much as they did using the slides. Overall, very clean and welcoming, very safe. Staff made the stay overall an incredible success- hats off to them! The two drawbacks that I could mention are: reservations at the private restaurants were hard to come by. Only available on check-in, we found all nights were booked during our stay already. However, the buffet offered wonderful choices and we did not regret being unable to get reservations. What we did regret- The beach is badly in need of repair and service and does not have any beds or canopies. They are missing the real crown jewel of the stay with this oversight. It seems at some point time there had been access from the hotel; there are a few closed down and derelict structures. Sadly, the beaches full of trash like much of Cyprus beaches. Being this close to a resort we had hoped for better. Too much glass and trash to let the kids play down in the cool, azure blue waters- which would have made a nice break from the pools and slides. We hope that the property managers will consider this an area of importance to reinvest in. Very close to many areas in Paphos to explore.

Would very much recommend this hotel, staff are very friendly and overall a very good hotel for family’s. Great children entertainment, and entertainment staff are so good with the children! About the condition of the hotel room: cleanliness was ok, it had some coffee stains on the floor, and there was a little bit of dust. Other than that cleaning was good, and friendly cleaners! Our bathroom was not completely finished refurbished, was some grout missing in top tiles of shower, otherwise good.
Would very much recommend this hotel, staff are very friendly and overall a very good hotel for family’s. Great children entertainment, and entertainment staff are so good with the children! Wasnt offered room upgrade with Gold Membership. Quality of food and drinks was poor. Dirty bed sheets when checking in. Bar staff rude. Wont stay there again. Better options in the area.

We have had an amazing few days at this hotel. The stand out thing for us is the food, it was all delicious and so much choice! The facilities are great and the staff are generally helpful. My only 2 negatives were that the room could have been cleaner, it was clean enough but there were areas that needed more attention and the second was we upgraded to gold bands for the all inclusive but we had to ask the bar staff every single time for the premium branded alcohol, which we shouldn’t need to do. It was like they were trying to get away with not giving us what we have paid for. That didn’t sit well with us but overall we are so happy with this hotel and would highly recommend!

Overall the hotel is really good and we would recommend it. The food was fantastic (particularly in the evening) although it would be nice to have more variety on the kids buffet. The food is well labelled for dietary issues although there wasn’t a big choice of dairy free food, particularly in desserts and day time snacks. The snacks are readily available and good, but it would be nice to have a bit more choice, particularly of lighter and healthier snacks. The rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside was that the pillows were not very comfortable. The pools are really good and we particularly enjoyed the kids pool facilities. There is also a shaded baby pool and play area which is great. The entertainment team work really hard although we did struggle to find some of the kids activities which was a shame as the kids club itself wasn’t great (although it may be better when it’s busier in school holidays)

The food is well labelled for dietary issues although there wasn’t a big choice of dairy free food, particularly in desserts and day time snacks. The snacks are readily available and good, but it would be nice to have a bit more choice, particularly of lighter and healthier snacks. The rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside was that the pillows were not very comfortable. The pools are really good and we particularly enjoyed the kids pool facilities. There is also a shaded baby pool and play area which is great. The entertainment team work really hard although we did struggle to find some of the kids activities which was a shame as the kids club itself wasn’t great (although it may be better when it’s busier in school holidays)

Overall a disappointing experience.Definetely not a 4 stars hotel - barely 3 .The room is very basic , the food , though very various , not very tasty . The area around the pool , the resting chairs and the umbrellas are in very bad state .Our daughter was actually hit in head by one of the umbrellas that was detached from the base. We complained during our stay and not once from the stuff even bothered to check if everything is OK . On the positive note - the water park in the hotel is great and much fun.

Good outdoor facilities with a few slides big and small for very young children to adults. Nice swimming pools overall. Okey entertainment. Very good breakfast and ok lunch and dinner buffets. Not very polite or helfpul staff.Especially at the reception they would barely look into your eyes when talking to you.Some where kind though especially at the restaurant. My biggest problem was the room.The bathroom door wouldnt close properly and would open all the time.The hair dryer would start and then stop after 20-30 seconds and you should wait 1-2 minutes for it to function again.The shower water was either cold or hot.It wouldnt mix the water which was a big problem for the kids.The airconditioner also stopped a few times. Old tired room decoration. Not the room you would expect for 300 euro pe night mid May and 700+ per night in August.

Would very much recommend this hotel, staff are very friendly and overall a very good hotel for family’s. Great children entertainment, and entertainment staff are so good with the children! About the condition of the hotel room: cleanliness was ok, it had some coffee stains on the floor, and there was a little bit of dust. Other than that cleaning was good, and friendly cleaners! Our bathroom was not completely finished refurbished, was some grout missing in top tiles of shower, otherwise good.

Great facilities fab for kids we were located in quiet area which was lovely away from main block saw beautiful sunsets. Did get very busy and near on full capacity meant the main dinner restaurant was very full think maybe they could extend dinner hours to make it less busy but only a minor issue everything else great

Lots of fun with 2 pools + waterpark with many slides. The entertainment team was super fun friendly and helpful. A huge variety of free food, drinks and alcohol. The hotel is new and modern. There is a bus station right at the entrance to the hotel to city center. A few things we didn't like: - The food was not tasty at all. - The hotel had no beach (it was under reconstruction) so had to walk 10 minutes in the sun to another beach. - The hotel is far from any shops or city center - had to take a bus or a taxi. - Very difficult to find an available table at the restaurants of the hotel.

Excellent experience for a hotel stay with the kids. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, and supportive. Even in the waterpark, I think my kids may have enjoyed chatting up the lifeguards as much as they did using the slides. Overall, very clean and welcoming, very safe. Staff made the stay overall an incredible success- hats off to them! The two drawbacks that I could mention are: reservations at the private restaurants were hard to come by. Only available on check-in, we found all nights were booked during our stay already. However, the buffet offered wonderful choices and we did not regret being unable to get reservations. What we did regret- The beach is badly in need of repair and service and does not have any beds or canopies. They are missing the real crown jewel of the stay with this oversight. It seems at some point time there had been access from the hotel; there are a few closed down and derelict structures. Sadly, the beaches full of trash like much of Cyprus beaches. Being this close to a resort we had hoped for better. Too much glass and trash to let the kids play down in the cool, azure blue waters- which would have made a nice break from the pools and slides. We hope that the property managers will consider this an area of importance to reinvest in. Very close to many areas in Paphos to explore.

At start dissapointed as during check-in the upgrade VIP perk wasn’t even discussed…. Had there been an upgrade available (online it was had I wanted to book)- I wouldn’t have received it anyways as girl at check in didn’t have the “authority” to upgrade. So not sure why they’re reaping the benefits of the VIP program if they don’t even know what it’s about … Property is clean - animation/entertainment/kids play room and overall Saftey is great. Water park is amazing and all pools outdoor as well! Perfect for all ages. Dissapointing that you have to pay extra for specific gluten free food and not all restaurants were open. And food quality is good although a little redundant after a week. All in all I would return !!!

Super hôtel en bord de mer ! Les chambres sont récentes et belles. Toit est top ! Les aménagés sont super ! On a trop aimé les piscines et les toboggans ! Le all inclusive est extraordinaire avec des plats délicieux et du choix, excellente adresse. Le personnel est très sympa aussi.

We have had an amazing few days at this hotel. The stand out thing for us is the food, it was all delicious and so much choice! The facilities are great and the staff are generally helpful. My only 2 negatives were that the room could have been cleaner, it was clean enough but there were areas that needed more attention and the second was we upgraded to gold bands for the all inclusive but we had to ask the bar staff every single time for the premium branded alcohol, which we shouldn’t need to do. It was like they were trying to get away with not giving us what we have paid for. That didn’t sit well with us but overall we are so happy with this hotel and would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, food is really good for an all inclusive buffet, staff couldn’t be more helpful, rooms were clean and tidy every day. Pools were fantastic, kids pools, adult pools, water park and playground. Would love to go back again. We are a family of 3, two adults and a four year old daughter. Would highly recommend!

Eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern aber auch für Paare ohne Kinder. Man sollte aber keine außergewöhnliche Erwartung an das Essen und Entertainment haben - es ist insgesamt aber gut. Nicht so schön ist der Strand. Immerhin gibt es einen und der Badebereich im Meer ist durch künstliche Barrieren gut geschützt. Aber den Begriff Beach im Hotelnamen fanden wir nicht ganz passend zumal es dort weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme gab. Uns hat die Musik bzw. ständige Beschallung gestört. Man findet keine ruhige Ecke außer unten am Strand, dort aber wie gesagt, ohne Liegen und ohne Sonnenschirm. Auf der schönen grünen Wiese wurde man von 2 Seiten mit unterschiedlicher Musik beschallt. Ist unnötig - zumal viele Gäste auf den Liegen eigene Musik o.ä. mit ihren Handys hören.

Amazing all-inclusive hotel with water park. The waterpark was lots of fun and also the large swimming pools. The service was great, especially the fun friendly entertainment team. The only thing we didn't like is the food which was awful and mostly un-tasty. The restaurants had very limited available tables for the hotel guests. The beach of the hotel was under reconstruction so had to walk to the neighbor hotel's beach for 10 minutes in the sun. The location was far from everywhere (not walking distance) - we needed a taxi or a bus (the station is right at the entrance of the hotel) to go anywhere outside.

Excellent experience for a hotel stay with the kids. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, and supportive. Even in the waterpark, I think my kids may have enjoyed chatting up the lifeguards as much as they did using the slides. Overall, very clean and welcoming, very safe. Staff made the stay overall an incredible success- hats off to them! The two drawbacks that I could mention are: reservations at the private restaurants were hard to come by. Only available on check-in, we found all nights were booked during our stay already. However, the buffet offered wonderful choices and we did not regret being unable to get reservations. What we did regret- The beach is badly in need of repair and service and does not have any beds or canopies. They are missing the real crown jewel of the stay with this oversight. It seems at some point time there had been access from the hotel; there are a few closed down and derelict structures. Sadly, the beaches full of trash like much of Cyprus beaches. Being this close to a resort we had hoped for better. Too much glass and trash to let the kids play down in the cool, azure blue waters- which would have made a nice break from the pools and slides. We hope that the property managers will consider this an area of importance to reinvest in. Very close to many areas in Paphos to explore.

Overall the hotel is really good and we would recommend it. The food was fantastic (particularly in the evening) although it would be nice to have more variety on the kids buffet. The food is well labelled for dietary issues although there wasn’t a big choice of dairy free food, particularly in desserts and day time snacks. The snacks are readily available and good, but it would be nice to have a bit more choice, particularly of lighter and healthier snacks. The rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside was that the pillows were not very comfortable. The pools are really good and we particularly enjoyed the kids pool facilities. There is also a shaded baby pool and play area which is great. The entertainment team work really hard although we did struggle to find some of the kids activities which was a shame as the kids club itself wasn’t great (although it may be better when it’s busier in school holidays)

Not much for the children in the evening the food was tasteless looked great but had no taste atall !! The food hall too small people rushing the food like they are starving which was not nice ! Also getting given cheep syrup for drinks and not even allowed a bottle of water because I don’t have a gold band was sad !! For the price I don’t think worth it !! Some of the staff were nice but not the people that do the trips they just looked at me when I sat down so rude and put me off from booking anything! Other than that the hotel room was nice which helped and my boy loved the water slides !! The stress for the deck chairs pissed me off and silly people letting there kids crap in the pool alot of them were cut off with tape but they cleaned them as fast as they could ! It was ok but won’t come back the price is too high and I think it’s not a real all inclusive as too many limitations and cheep crap they give you to eat!

At start dissapointed as during check-in the upgrade VIP perk wasn’t even discussed…. Had there been an upgrade available (online it was had I wanted to book)- I wouldn’t have received it anyways as girl at check in didn’t have the “authority” to upgrade. So not sure why they’re reaping the benefits of the VIP program if they don’t even know what it’s about … Property is clean - animation/entertainment/kids play room and overall Saftey is great. Water park is amazing and all pools outdoor as well! Perfect for all ages. Dissapointing that you have to pay extra for specific gluten free food and not all restaurants were open. And food quality is good although a little redundant after a week. All in all I would return !!!

Juat ok, entertainment finished by 21.30, all onclusive stops at 23.00. Cheaper to buy drinks at sports bar next door, well made and good variety. Littlw Italy not worth waiting for, burger ok, lebonese nice.

Super hôtel en bord de mer ! Les chambres sont récentes et belles. Toit est top ! Les aménagés sont super ! On a trop aimé les piscines et les toboggans ! Le all inclusive est extraordinaire avec des plats délicieux et du choix, excellente adresse. Le personnel est très sympa aussi.

We have had an amazing few days at this hotel. The stand out thing for us is the food, it was all delicious and so much choice! The facilities are great and the staff are generally helpful. My only 2 negatives were that the room could have been cleaner, it was clean enough but there were areas that needed more attention and the second was we upgraded to gold bands for the all inclusive but we had to ask the bar staff every single time for the premium branded alcohol, which we shouldn’t need to do. It was like they were trying to get away with not giving us what we have paid for. That didn’t sit well with us but overall we are so happy with this hotel and would highly recommend!

We had a nice stay here. Lots to do and plenty of sun beds. However my husband got very sick a night before we were due to leave. It turns out there were a lot of other guests experiencing the same vomiting and loose stools too after chatting to a few other guests. I reported it to the front desk but not sure if anything will be done to protect other guests from getting poorly. The only other little negative comment I’d make is about the fact our balcony didn’t have any outside light so we couldn’t sit out there of an evening. Food was good and lots of variety.
