Palm Inn Hotel near Tyler Mall Riverside

The person at the check in window was somewhat friendly. Really no complaints in regards to the staffing. But as for the cleanliness of the property, it was basically disgusting. When I tell you they had a roach infestation, that’s an understatement. The amount of baby roaches and full grown roaches swarming the room was disgusting. I had to go buy raid and basically flood the perimeter of the room to keep them from coming in. If I had the money to leave to another motel, I would have. My partner and I are homeless currently residing in our vehicle. I used the last of my money to get a room so we can shower and get a good nights sleep and rest. And that was a huge fail. We should have saved our money and stayed in our car. We would have been less stressed. That was just the roaches, but there was multiple long strands of hair all over the two towels provided that were hanging in the bathroom. The shower curtain smelled of mildew. The bed cover was covered in holes and cig burns. The graffiti by “pookie” all over the room was also a nice touch. I would usually love a comped room for the filth we were exposed to, but I wouldn’t stay here again, even for free. I’d rather stay in my car where I know it’s clean and free of pests.

Place is a lil dirty and kinda sleezy. There wasn’t even any nightstands near the squeaky bed. Floors were super worn down.

The room had cucarachas and I will never stay there again. I had to fumigate the room. No bueno!!
