We usually stay at another place when we come to town but wanted to enjoy the indoor pool that is mentioned multiple times in the listing. There is no indoor pool, THAT WAS MENTIONED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE LISTING. Only reason we stayed here. More than disappointing.

We stayed two nights during the holidays. The property was fine and clean, not noisy. Parking was easy. The breakfast was extremely bare. On the first day, the tables were dirty and there were not enough utensils or condiments. On the second day, breakfast was not stocked at all, there was no coffee, hard-boiled eggs, bagels. As disappointing as the breakfast was to begin with, it not even being properly stocked or attended to is not acceptable. Free breakfast is an added value that we use to choose this hotel over others but when the breakfast is in such a poor condition this is basically false advertisement. We went somewhere else for breakfast.

Clean and convenient. Would have gotten higher rating if it offered a larger & healthier breakfast selection; had a larger pool; and had way more fitness equipment options in gym (three pieces of equipment in small room was very sparse) The ac unit worked well is not the easiest to program. Overall- for the price it’s a good value.

The room amenities were above and beyond. The staff was more than helpful. The room was extreamly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The multi head shower was a nice touch. I have never seen this kind of accomodations for the price.

Bathroom was not clean, long black hairs stuck to shower walls. Air would not circulate only auto stuck at 72. Walls are paper thin. I was awakened at 5am by a loud guest that won't shut up!

The room was nice and the breakfast provided was decent. My main issue was that the shower drain had not been cleaned in lord only knows how long! I was not able to shower since the drain was full of hair from whoever stayed previously and the water was overflowing everywhere, very disappointing and gross. Would have loved to shower especially staying in a desert area where there’s a lot of dirt and you’re constantly sweating. This really discredited the Hilton name being associated with them.

50$ per dog per stay. Not 15$ as stated on website. Newly remodel. Nice and quiet. Love the common kitchen/breakfast area but I wish they could have installed door to prevent food smell spreding receptionist area ( smell from guest microwave their food). Microwave is that area only, not per room. Bed is clean. Only the toilet seat is dirty, which have mold and black buildup. I found out pretty late at 12pm, so i couldn’t tell receptionist to change room. I hope the hotel could to routein check or work check on cleaning staff. Otherwise, I have a great stay at new hotel line of Hilton.

This hotel seems pretty new. Everything's very clean. Our king size bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The morning breakfast was decent. On the downside, our room had no ice bucket though there is an ice machine on the first floor hallway. Another odd thing, the door to the shower/toilet room is so wide it hits the sink vanity on the opposite side of the bathroom so the door can only open halfway.

For a Hilton property, very disappointed. Room was clean but no coffee maker or microwave. Had a refrigerator but nothing else. An old property under a different hotel flag. Hilton painted etc yet it still looks tired. We arrived at dark, drove by it twice due to the fact there is no outdoor lighting. Not interested in staying here again

Very glitchy wi-fi, had to call every afternoon to get the hotel to reboot their system. I had to go to the front desk four times to have my key card re-coded so I could get into my room. Typical Best Western breakfast, though the woman maintaining the food was very pleasant. Jacuzzi didn't seem to work. My shower sprayed water out of non-usable spigots along with the main shower head. The sounds of the traffic from HWY 62 were very loud. Two of the front desk workers were very nice, the others were rather dismissive.

The mechanism to turn on the shower is not intuitive and I gave up trying to figure it out. When I complained to the manager at checkout, I was shown a janky sign in a corner of the front desk counter top about how to make it work. That sign needed to be on the room, in the bathroom. Also, free shrugs are not a good substitute for a shower that works. Otherwise, a good hotel.

The hotel didn't have a room available when I showed up at 8:15 pm. We had stopped by at 1 pm and were told we couldn't check in until 3 pm. They told us that the cleaning staff left without cleaning rooms. My frustration was that I received no call or contact about the room being canceled at 3:15 or 4 pm. It seems they should've known around check in time that rooms wouldn't be ready. The service was terrible, and it left me with little options by the time I finally received the bad news

I went to the breakfast for coffee and wanted to take a 2nd/refill cup but discovered the pot was empty. I mentioned to the attendant that fact and she said "I don't care if it is empty, I am taking my break!!" And she left the room. Not a good response no matter how busy her morning had been.

This was the second time in a row staying here where our room wasn’t ready. We got there at 4 and they told us we’d have to wait an extra 20 minutes for our room to be done. Meanwhile, everyone else checking in were able to walk right into their rooms. This made us late to the event we were going to because we couldn’t get ready. The front desk girl with glasses didn’t apologize or offer us another room. However, the cleaning lady outside our room apologized and she was very sweet. I should be reimbursed for the hour I wasn’t able to go into my room.

My check-in was not the best experience. I was the only person standing at the desk, but I was asked to wait as they were on the phone. I stood and waited for 15 minutes while the desk person carried on a conversation with what I assume was another employee as they were discussing something that had occurred and avoiding conflict. I was ok being asked to wait for a minute to finish the call, but not 15 minutes and IT WAS ON SPEAKER PHONE. It made me very uncomfortable hearing their conversation.

Arrived at 7PM to be told they had overbooked and had given away my room. I booked through Expedia and so was still charged. They were unapologetic and unhelpful. They did not care! DO NOT book a room here as you to may show up and have no room to stay in.

Our room was changed twice after checking in hours after we called to say we’d be late. Our first room we walked into had no bedding and clearly wasn’t ready. We went to the front lobby to receive a new room but were immediately switched again to a third room after leaving desk with key to second room. Very disorienting and unusual. This third and final room didn’t have a working TV and we found a used eye contact on the ground. The rooms were noisy not much sound proofing between rooms and hallway. Overall a strange and somewhat unpleasant experience.

First impression is everything, so when I arrived the property was very painted in a very trending color. Lobby smell fresh and clean as well as staff. Room was surprisingly bright and roomy. OH and no smell of old fragrance to hide the bad sell. All and all the property is a 5 stars.I did realized Yucca valley had such high end hotel as this and it down the street to the Rivian super charger. Closed to the west gate to Joshua tree national park.

I went to the breakfast for coffee and wanted to take a 2nd/refill cup but discovered the pot was empty. I mentioned to the attendant that fact and she said "I don't care if it is empty, I am taking my break!!" And she left the room. Not a good response no matter how busy her morning had been.

We stayed two nights during the holidays. The property was fine and clean, not noisy. Parking was easy. The breakfast was extremely bare. On the first day, the tables were dirty and there were not enough utensils or condiments. On the second day, breakfast was not stocked at all, there was no coffee, hard-boiled eggs, bagels. As disappointing as the breakfast was to begin with, it not even being properly stocked or attended to is not acceptable. Free breakfast is an added value that we use to choose this hotel over others but when the breakfast is in such a poor condition this is basically false advertisement. We went somewhere else for breakfast.

Very clean room and loved the breakfast in the morning. They have alternative milk options and plenty of tea and coffee. Would stay in again. Only thing that threw me off was no microwave or ice bucket.

Super clean, modern hotel. Everything still looks new. Safe, quiet and easy parking. Only downside, the complimentary breakfast was a little lacking ( no waffle maker, eggs or sausage), but it did the job.i would recommend this hotel if visiting Joshua Tree and I would book it again.

Horrible experience!! Don’t waste your time here. I specifically booked a jacuzzi room for our three night stay but upon arrival they informed me I was “ bumped” and they needed to give this room to someone else. The front desk staff offered no apology and refused to call a manager to try to reconcile the matter, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. They offered no refund for the extra I had paid for a jacuzzi room and would not allow me to switch into one when it came available. This is unfortunately another example of dishonesty and poor management. Why are they advertising and selling rooms that are not actually available? Why would they bump a guest who had paid for the room for three nights and instead allow a guest only staying one night to use it? Extremely poor, poor management. Thankfully hotels.com made the situation right and moved us to another much nicer hotel however the Sure Suites staff did nothing to make it right. Aside from this, the hotel is nothing special at all, rooms are dingy and have stains on the carpet, breakfast is meager and has no drinking water available. As I said, before, don’t waste your time at this horrible hotel. I will never stay here or at any Best Western ever again.
