Posizione ottima. Praticamente in centro con affaccio sulla piazza e tutte le vie pedonali. Anche se non ha il parcheggio, nessun problema si trova facilmente subito nei dintorni. La camera e bagno un po’ piccolo per i miei criteri, ma con tuto il necessario.. Letto e doccia.. fantastico.. Giusto la cassaforte sta in un posto totalmente scomodo..😃 Ed infine veramente apprezzato il controllo delle bottiglie di acqua e subito rimesse nuove. Grazie

We stayed here for 3 nights while on the island for a wedding. The room was comfortable and while the AC only runs if you’re there, it works well and can cool the room down quickly if you’ve been out all day. The location is really amazing for exploring the city, being located right in the city plaza means you’re centrally located for tons of food, shopping, and activities. It also makes it nice to be able to have a comfortable spot to take a break in exploring to cool off. The only downside to the location is parking if you’ve got a car. There’s no parking in the square itself and since it’s very active (especially at nights on the weekends), finding a parking spot can be a little difficult. We managed to get a close spot each night while returning fairly late though.

All good, great room and shower, lovely reception staff, breakfast felt understaffed, no greeting and almost had to make up your own table... Also a bit of an odd set up with the bar/restaurant as never quite sure if open, so we looked elsewhere in the evening for food.

Hotel in posizione comodissima, proprio al centro di Argostoli. Le camere sono un po’ piccole, noi avevamo una standard con balcone. Non c’è molto spazio per mettere le valige ma nel complesso sono comode. La struttura è completamente nuova, molto bella. Due ragazze alla reception sono state molto gentili, tra l’altro una delle due parla molto bene italiano. La colazione è buona; l’unica pecca è il cameriere che non ha mai chiesto in una settimana se volevamo le bevande calde, bisognava ogni mattina chiamarlo o andare direttamente al bancone del bar. Direi Hotel approvato!

We only stayed for one night, but we so wish it would've been longer! This hotel is in the heart of Argostoli, Kefalonia and is absolutely exceptional. The staff was so nice that they gave us a free upgrade to include a room with a balcony!!

Provavelmente o melhor hotel de Argostoli, ficamos em outro próximo, porém a qualidade deste é muito superior. A localização é excelente, bem na pracinha animada, os quartos são muito confortáveis, a cama é incrível e o chuveiro também. Isolamento acústico excelente e uma varanda com vista linda para praça e montanhas. Achamos tudo incrível e nos hospedaríamos novamente.

We only stayed for one night, but we so wish it would've been longer! This hotel is in the heart of Argostoli, Kefalonia and is absolutely exceptional. The staff was so nice that they gave us a free upgrade to include a room with a balcony!!

Prime location, right at the center of city square, close to all good restaurants and shops!room is small , but clean and comfortable. Good showers! The gentleman at front desk is very friendly and helpful! Parking is not easy, roads are one way and very narrow.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They made our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is also in a great central location and as an added bonus, they have a pretty good breakfast, too.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and well located hotel in the centre. Nice compact room. Shower was excellent although air con was a bit temperamental. Breakfast was nice.

Hotel in posizione comodissima, proprio al centro di Argostoli. Le camere sono un po’ piccole, noi avevamo una standard con balcone. Non c’è molto spazio per mettere le valige ma nel complesso sono comode. La struttura è completamente nuova, molto bella. Due ragazze alla reception sono state molto gentili, tra l’altro una delle due parla molto bene italiano. La colazione è buona; l’unica pecca è il cameriere che non ha mai chiesto in una settimana se volevamo le bevande calde, bisognava ogni mattina chiamarlo o andare direttamente al bancone del bar. Direi Hotel approvato!

The property was well appointed , clean, tastefully decorated and convenient. The staff were welcoming, obliging and always helpful and the breakfast was substantial and offering dietary options to guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend the property to friends and family

All good, great room and shower, lovely reception staff, breakfast felt understaffed, no greeting and almost had to make up your own table... Also a bit of an odd set up with the bar/restaurant as never quite sure if open, so we looked elsewhere in the evening for food.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location, yummy breakfast. The beds are comfy and rooms are spacious and clean. There is some noise from the square which goes on late into the night, but windows keep most of the noise out if closed.

This is a mixed review. The hotel itself is in a perfect location. The breakfast was fine, and the young ladies who worked the breakfast buffet were wonderful. We knew we were getting a small room, it was a last minute booking. And, we expected to be a little cramped. The furniture was too big for the room. We had to bob and weave to get by each other. The 2 bedside plugs stopped working, we reported it but nothing was done. It seemed to us that the reception staff pretended to care but I think it was just a show. The internet was very slow, we asked about it and we were told they would look into it…nothing was done. The shower was horrible, poorly placed shower head.At one point I went down to ask for a bucket of ice (which they DID provide), but couldn’t find anyone. I finally found the young man about 20 minutes later, in the back, kicking back! The evening reception (older gentleman) was very nice and did give us a late check out…but he forgot to inform the day reception…so we got a call asking us to vacate. If you book this hotel avoid room 109. We saw other rooms of the same size and those rooms had nice furniture and those rooms felt roomy. We could not change rooms until the last night (we were there for 9 nights), but we thought that was just a waste, so we didn’t move rooms. Good location, bad room!
