Casina in der authentischen Toskana

Schon das Ankommen war ein Erlebnis: unsere Gastgeberin empfing uns mit toskanisch bestrichenen Ciabatta und köstlichem Wein. Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung mitten in der Toskana Natur sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche und Bad sind etwas klein, aber die gute Ausstattung macht dies wieder wett. Eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung mit netten Gastgeberinnen!

Die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber und schön. Auch an der Küchenausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben von der Gastgeberin des Hauses ein kleinen Willkommensgruss bekommen. Der Bestand aus Baguettescheiben mit verschiedenen leckere Aufstriche, einem Rotwein, selbstgemachte Kekse mit einem Mandellikör. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Tochter waren sehr herzlich und nett gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was a beautiful property in a small classic Tuscany town. Everything about the apartment was charming, as was the garden on the grounds. The kitchen and bathroom are small but efficient and we had no trouble when making our own dinner with ingredients bought from the Coop grocery store (a 10 minute drive). The location was perfect for our day trips to Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. But it was truly the hospitality of the hosts that made it so special for us. We were greeted with their own vintage of red wine, home-made cantucci, and bruschetta. The host was so friendly and made our stay absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend.

We loved staying in Fratticciola. The apartment was perfect for us (a couple). Many places outside in the beautiful garden to sit. The owner was very friendly and chatted to me in my broken Italian. The village was quiet- the best sleeps we have had in a long time. Would gladly stay again at this location! I was sad to leave here.

It was an enchanting whole apartment typical rustic Tuscany/Umbria…if you are Aussie and in Italy for a while and cooking for yourselves you might want to buy a set of tongs and a spatula. Fraticciola is a short drive to Cortona Conad a huge shopping centre where you can buy everything…there is a large fridge/freezer, 4 burner gas stove, washing machine..the hosts are lovely and very kind..hose outside to clean the car…we spent a week and used it as a base to visit Siena, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Arezzo…highly recommend!
