Quiet House by Airport | Backyard & Central A/C

The location and surrounding area were absolutely stunning and initially gave high hopes for the stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in terms of cleanliness and service. I found women’s undergarments between the washer and dryer, and the area itself was unsanitary. The living room couch also had a concerning amount of debris in the creases, clearly not cleaned for some time.The biggest issue came during a power outage that affected the entire island. The host offered no solution, despite likely having access to a generator. As someone managing multiple properties, having an emergency plan should be a basic expectation. I chose to check out early due to the lack of support.This was my first time using VRBO, and sadly, it will be my last. Customer service was equally unhelpful and failed to offer any resolution. All issues have been documented via video for record.

Clean and cool, a nice backyard. Using the garage at night a plus. Outside the San Juan rush hour area so driving to Fajardo or El Junque not a problem. Resonably priced, ideal for multi-week stays.

I would like to say that during my stay in this property, It was an amazing experience, truly home comforting. The property manager knows his home from the tip of his fingers. Location was very close to all events and bookings that we booked for the trip Very near to San Juan, Festival and cultural Experience that everyone is looking for. Are the amenities worked To be quite honest I slept better there than I did in my own home highly recommended.

Having a garage was so nice. The door is automatic but is only accessed from inside the apt. A key FOB would be appreciated. The washer and dryer allowed us to only have “carry on” luggage. Nice. Not much character or charm, just a few plastic plants. The kitchen was poorly stocked with tools but I expect that the host will take care of that soon. Located in a quiet neighborhood but on a corner so there is light street traffic. The host was very responsive and took care of all issues “quickly”.

Nice, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the stay.
